Paid for next day delivery and didn’t arrive for 4 days. Poor service. Took 2 days to reply to emails when I chased the progress of the delivery. Try a different online store if you need anything quickly.

Excellent service. The prescription medicine was easy to order and uploading the prescriptions for two cats easy. The medication arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I was kept up to speed with how the order was progressing too. Thank you!

I have tried most things to keep my dogs teeth clean. I saw this and thought I'd try it. I'm pleased with the results. I still give them plaque off in their food but after dinner a spray of this and I use a little finger wipe to give their teeth a rub over each night. I have seen some plaque come off the big canine so I'm happy and the dogs let me do it. The hate a tooth brush

When the company changed systems earlier this year, my prescriptions were lost.

I was given the wrong cat food but on the label on the box was the cat food I ordered which was obesity management pro plan for cats I was given diabetic cat food instead I've already paid for the food need the right food delivered I've paid the postage need a free postage label so I can send the box back
