Over 3hr delay, boarded plane off boarded then wait at another gate. When we arrived our JET2 private transfer nowhere to be seen late at night. I had to ring Leeds in uk after all the delays. Finally arrived, then we was put up in a hotel room that smelt badly. Finally moved to a room late the next day. We finally enjoyed 2 nights sleep on a four day trip. Very poor

Fed up of your drivers ignoring our house

Fed up of your drivers, saying sorry missed you. We have cctv, your maps are out of date. Not a new build estate it’s 3yrs old. Your drivers just ignore where we live. Took 2 days to get something collected. Shocking service
