Very Slow Service
Usually this company is good, but 7 days after placing the order (and money debited!) I've heard nothing and the prescription still hasn't even been checked, let alone meds dispatched. Not good enough I'm afraid.

I have been ordering from Pet Drugs for the last 3 years, I get a lot of medication for my dogs from them. Easy to order online or on the phone, friendly helpful staff to speak to. Generally the delivery is good but I have noticed some of the next day delivery takes 2-3 days to arrive but this seems to be due to DPD carrier.

Scam?
I ordered a drug for my dog with an extra payment for next day delivery.
3 weeks later and I’m still waiting. They have confirmed the address in an email a few days after the original order and still no show.
When I asked for a refund they said the original address was wrong and therefore refund is not possible.

Ordering process all good with…
Ordering process all good with Petdrugsonline, but delivery issues, although a 3rd party it has put me off ordering in the future. DHL were to deliver Monday, received a text there would be a delay but then a further text saying will be delivered monday, but no delivery. Following day received a text delivery due between 15:59 and 16:59, I thought great gives me time to get home to receive it. But delivery was made early morning and dumped on door step on show for anyone to see and not even placed in secure place or over side gate, disappointing and may look elsewhere to order items, and hopefully not using DHL to deliver.

But trying to get through on the phone to order medication,took several days and several hours waiting for call backs .
