What a delight

Prompt delivery no drama

The chairs are great. They are to replace a pair of the same type that we've had for 10 plus years that have now gone rusty.
Price was really good and delivery was pretty prompt.

Next day delivery, I ordered on Friday and was informed it would be delivered Monday but received it Saturday, lovely surprise great service and a very nice herb trough, wife very happy with it...phew!!!!!

Bought a Bramblecrest garden furniture set end of June but when delivered 5 chairs were damaged.Charlie’s arranged with Bramblecrest to send 5 more chairs. These were damaged. Eventually settled for 5 of the least damaged and a partial refund. Charlie’s helped this process to a satisfactory conclusion. Not totally happy with Bramblecrest and couriers but would recommend Charlie’s.

Like getting blood out of a stone to get a refund in their Aberystwyth store. Cotswold Boots bought November 2025 then hardly worn during this hot Summer then it rained and I got a wet right foot with a split sole evident. Essentially not fit for purpose despite a modest 6 months wear. Went in Monday having not located the receipt, supervisor Mel was summoned and was adamant that proof of purchase was required so I showed her the label inside the boots that had on it May 2025 proving they could be no more than 1 year old but she told me that was irrelevant! Slightly annoyed by this attitude I said here you keep them and placed the boots on the counter and exited perhaps with some Tourette's profanities uttered. Got home and found the receipt it was even worse for them being just from November. Various emails to Cotswold shoes UK who were likewise uninterested saying I should deal with the seller it was nothing to do with them! Returned to Charlies yesterday having informed Mel by phone of the receipt reappearance and was at least grateful to get my deserved refund albeit somewhat galling to be informed that this was a gesture of goodwill. Mel showed me the split sole explaining that this was in fact due to wear and tear and so I lifted up my feet showing her my 5 years old Amblers also from Charlies that were still pretty much intact, all to no avail, it was a gesture of goodwill that I should be eternally grateful for.

Wonderful friendly, kind service and amazingly speedy delivery which saved the day for a stay away horse show! A fantastic first experience shopping with Charlie’s and would head back again to buy online! Thank you Charlie’s!!
