Amazing customer service. Kept us updated via sms so we knew when it was being delivered. Build quality is fantastic, although did take my husband and extremly long time to put up the pergola. We ordered the blinds to go on the sides. These are very fiddly initially didn't go down however after using them a couple of times working now. Had to order the led lights to finish it off (comes with a remote). Will defo order from them again...

My rectangular parasol (3 x2M) arrived fully assembled and ready to use which was nice. I’ve teamed it up with a very heavy sand filled base that I bought from Amazon. It needs this as it can try to escape in a light wind. I’m pleased with the parasol. It was reasonably priced , it’s easy to operate and looks good . Be aware that the parasol doesn’t have any ties to keep it together when it’s down so you will have to improvise. I was also disappointed that delivery took such a long time ( about 10 days) and that It wasn’t clear from communications with the carrier when it would arrive. Hence 3 stars rather than 4.

We recently ordered a £1599.00 Casey outdoor sofa set, the website advised that this was in stock, & today still is in stock, delivery advised to be completed by 23/7/26, & we paid in full, 11 days ago. Today 22/7, yet to receive any contact from White stores delivery team, our two attempts at contacting White Stores have failed to connect with a human being, we only received an 'automated ticket' response with no useful information. Very, very disappointing service on an expensive purchase.

White Stores have an excellent range of pergolas in different sizes & they had one that suited our requirements (the 3m x 1.5m) which now sits very nicely on our patio. The website gives a drawing diagram showing the exact dimensions (to the mm) which was helpful. Pricing is competitive compared to other brands & the pergola is very sturdy & well made. The ordering process is easy & once you have chosen your delivery slot, you receive plenty of updates up to the point of delivery. If you are self-assembling, it will need 2 people to assemble the parts & ideally 3 to erect the frame & hold it whilst the cross beams are fitted. The instructions are entirely pictorial, but could really benefit from additional written notes when fitting the horizontal cross beams. We haven't bolted ours to the patio as we want the freedom to move it if needed & we use weighted cloth bags which are readily available online & tied to the base of the legs. Overall, a very good product & efficient delivery process.

I’ve not had a great experience with this company. Firstly they delivered my item with one piece missing. It did get resolved but remember it being a bit of a pain. Then I noticed a crack in the table and they asked me if I wanted a 15% refund, stating this won’t affect my warranty. I replied to say yes great, and to double check about it not affecting warranty. Then without asking another customer service representative said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and they have sent a new table. Which I thought great I’m getting a part refund and a new table (too good to be true!) then I was made to feel stupid when I questioned where my refund was. If given a choice I’d have picked the refund. Then the zip had come off one of the cushions. We bought it in August last year, put it away from sep. hardly been used. Anyway, I got in touch and lo and behold it’s covered by warranty according to the first rep. And upon chasing a different rep told me it’s not covered. Why tell me it is in the first place!? I’d have accepted no. Why say yes, then no? Now almost a year after purchase the cushions have completely faded. What was once a lovely dark Bluey grey is now looking green. I just can’t be bothered to get in touch and he messed around again. It’s an expensive outdoor furniture set retails about £1200 although it was in the sale when I bought it. Anyway, weird customer service, very confusing I wouldn’t purchase from them again. Furniture looks lovely but the quality is not great for the price

Ordered some fabulous furniture which arrived on time. Unfortunately after a few months the storage lid box broke. I contacted customer services who replied immediately and within 2 days I had a replacement storage box on its way free of charge. You can often only tell how good a company is when there is an issue and White Stores have been brilliant.

Excellent service. Prompt communication and my request actioned extremely quickly. Ryan has been so very helpful. I only made contact yesterday with request for a replacement cushion for my dining chairs. Today I have been able to place my order and it has already been accepted and I have received an email of confirmation that it has been received in Dispatch department.
