I bought a Hygge Pergola about 1.5 years ago and 1 set of LED lights developed a fault. I asked if I could buy a new set and they sent me a new set free of charge. Excellent Service.

Really happy with the pergola itself. Great quality, all parts supplied, and we built it ourself with the (clear) instructions - not a quick job but manageable! It’s fantastic. Hygge team very helpful during purchasing, sadly it took several weeks longer to arrive than advised, so taking a star off. (Delays for this kind of large garden item seem to be common with other companies too)

Once again I find myself writing a review for this company and not in a good way! we have a 4x3m Pergola which we bought about 2years ago, the experience then was a nightmare to say the least, totally unprofessional, installation a shambles, one of the 4m side screens never, ever fitted correctly, resulting in one side coming away from the structure, on that occasion they made me pay a deposit of £200 (just in case it was my fault) - when the technical team came to rectify they admitted it had been not fitted correctly resulting in me getting my £200 back and the screen fixed under the 10 year warranty they offer (yeah right!) - So upshot, yes you guessed it the screen has come undone again from the frame, I started corresponding with Hygge on 26th September relating to this ongoing problem, they duly ignored the email so I persevered with emails and telephone calls (it's the only way with this 2nd rate company) - they eventually responded and this has no been ongoing to date, although they are aware of the bad installation and the fact they have already attempted to fix this previously under the so called 10 year warranty, they had the brass neck to send us instructions on how to attempt to rectify ourselves, we have and will continue to email/ telephone and report to Trading standards until they put this defect right, these Pergolas especially the screens are absolute rubbish. I expect Hygge Pergola to honour their 10 year warranty and either send a technical team again to investigate and hopefully rectify or replace with a new screen.

The product is amazing, very well built. There was a delay between the pergola being delivered and the glass arriving. There was a little bit of fiddling about to put it up but it wasn’t too much trouble. It took 2 people2 days. It has leaked a little bit here and there but on the whole we are very pleased to have an outdoor room now.

Firstly, the pagoda is fantastic, well built and sturdy. Looks great and would be a great addition to any outside space. What let the whole experience down was the company who fitted the pagoda. Do not pay for installation, either do it yourself or pay someone else to do it. The company were incompetent to say the least. Constantly fobbing me off when trying to arrange an installation date. When they did finally arrive, they were ill prepared, did not have adequate bolts or the blinds and had to come back to complete the installation. Bearing in mind I had sent them all the photos and measurements they had requested weeks prior to their arrival. This could have been a 5 star review, but the the installation process was stressful and unnecessarily hard work.

Our pergola is amazing, excellent quality so pleased with it. The blinds were out of stock but were delivered earlier than anticipated. Delivery was great, good communication.
I was quoted double for the same set up from another company but I can guarantee the cheaper price is not down to lack of quality!!!

18 months on and still loving our pergola. Was used so much in summer, we practically lived outside!

Great Product! Excellent Customer service and after sales support.

We had a slight delay on delivery which was nothing to do with the company as was due to customs.
We had a small fault on one of the blinds which was addressed professionally to our satisfaction.
The quality of the Pergola is excellent with a powder coated finish and very solid.
We have used this all throughout the summer and it was like having a spare room as we used it every day. It kept our large L shaped table and chairs and cushions dry even when raining and the lights look amazing at night. We have used the heater a couple of times and it has great output.
We intend using it in the winter months with three of the sides down and the heater on looking and enjoying the garden.
I would highly recommend Hygge and have recommended them to friends. Their customer service team are great to deal with and treat you like a person.
Everyone that has seen the Pergola think it’s great and for the price it has been a fantastic addition to the garden.

Amazing product! Can’t rate them enough. If i could buy shares i would as i’ve recommended them to everyone.

Excellent product and delivered on time

The pergola is great, it is just what we wanted. We can use our patio even when it is raining. We managed to put it together ourselves without too much trouble, it just took a bit of deciphering the instructions as they are not especially clear in places.
However, the communication from Hygge is not great and you dont automatically get email confirmation of order when either deposit is paid or you have paid in full. When we paid a deposit for our pergola, we had expected that it would be reserved, that is not the case. When I phoned to pay in full, it was just lucky that they had 1 left in stock.

We waited a LONG time for the glass doors (5 months) but the end result was worth it. Really good pergola, easy to put up, looks fantastic.

Product and fittings are excellent quality. Would buy again.
