We bought a triple larder in an Oak finish, and it's gorgeous!! We were battling with food storage in our tiny galley kitchen, so we got this for our dining room. It's been a game changer!!

Amazing service, Dan and Jenson came out and fitted our pergola, they did it in the dark and rain. Nothing was an issue for then, had to have 2 louves changed which happened within a week, they doubled checked we were happy with the positioning of the pergola and everything was done super quick! I highly recommend Habour and the team and definitely the assemble add on.

Delivery.. advised between 7am and eve.
Advised driver could call before arrival.
No call. Arrived 0630 am.. we were in bed. Pouring down with rain and pitch black. Out in dressing gown in rain. Pitch black so couldn’t check items and cardboard packaging getting soaked. Had to wait for dry day to unpack and just covered up till next year !

The delivery was prompt and the item which was a heavy duty, larger than average garden parasol cover should keep my parasol in good condition for many winters to come.

Bought a heater for our pergola. Good communication, arrived promptly and is doing a great job in heating our outside area.

Always a bit worried when ordering furniture online and haven’t had a chance to view it but needn’t have worried. Ordered the Chalbury 3 over 4 chest of drawers and it’s beautiful. Very solid, high quality and packaged with utmost care. Will definitely shop again.

I recently had an issue with my outdoor dining table, and the team went above and beyond to find a fair and satisfactory resolution. They were friendly, professional, understanding and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with the outcome.

I initially had an issue with my garden furniture arriving stained, which was disappointing. However, I have to say that the customer service team at Harbour Lifestyle have been absolutely amazing throughout and have fully rectified the issue.

The furniture itself is absolutely lovely, beautifully made and excellent quality. It really does look fantastic, and I'm so pleased with it.

Although my initial experience wasn't great, the way the customer service team handled my complaint and went out of their way to resolve everything has been outstanding. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service, and I really appreciate their efforts.

Updated Review – Issue Resolved, Thank You Harbour Lifestyle

I wanted to update my original review now that Harbour Lifestyle have been out and resolved the issue.

After initially being disappointed with the after-sales service and the delays in receiving the three heaters included with our £12,000 pergola, I’m pleased to say everything has now been sorted.

Harry from the customer resolutions team got in touch, explained what had gone wrong, apologised and arranged for the heaters to be delivered and fitted. True to his word, the team arrived as promised and everything is now installed.

As I mentioned in my original review, the pergola itself is fantastic and the installation teams have been excellent throughout.

While the initial lack of communication was frustrating, I do believe in giving credit where it’s due. Harbour Lifestyle have now put things right, and I appreciate Harry taking ownership of the situation and getting it resolved.

We’re now very happy with the finished pergola and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the product.

I’ve had such a great experience buying my pergola, from purchase to build

I recently ordered three bedroom items, one of which was on order for a delivery in a couple of weeks time. Rather than insist I wait for all the items to be available, Their Customer Service Agent very kindly agreed to split the delivery and the in stock items were delivered within 3 days.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bedside cupboards, exceeding my expectations. The quality of the wood is exceptional. Their website is very comprehensive and easy to use. All in all it has been a very pleasant shopping experience .  No negatives whatsoever and they will definitely be my go to company for future purchases. Looking forward to the Spring to purchase some outdoor furniture.

Wow what can I say ….. if you are thinking of a pergola don't look anywhere else ….went to the showroom ( a four hour round trip)was met by Lottie, fantastic no pressure service with a smile and coffee ….. she was knowledgeable and we bought a pergola, Bob lamps and a spin bioethanol lamp …… fast forward to today Dan & Monika have installed our pergola ….. superb service and superior product extremely professional and friendly team nothing was too much trouble and we listened to their recommendations on the install . You really should be congratulated on the sales, product & customer service/support 5***** review and a huge thank you
