I had 2 cancelled bookings which I was charged fully for. The first was by the vendor as I arrived late and they did not show empathy or attempt to help me.
The second booking said I could not pick up the vehicle as my arrival did not match my pick up dates.

The departure was ok. I wasn't pleased with the security officers searching my 3 year old daughter and I guess swabbing her for what ever reason.
I know some people can get up to all sorts of things but it's never a nice feeling when you experience it yourself.
No hard feelings though.
Generally an ok airport but could do with having better lounges.
