I've used Shipley before and they continue to provide an easy to use and a fast and efficient service. I needed a motorbike collecting from Margate and delivered to my home in Solihull in the West Midlands. I received probably 8 -10 quotations within half an hour of placing my enquiry. Each response had reviews by other users so make the choice of company to use more informed. The company that did the job for me was brilliant, very flexible on the collection and delivery time which suited my requirements perfectly. It was also one of the cheapest quotes. Frankly the service I received from Shipley and the company who did the job was faultless and one I highly recommend. Top Drawer!

Shiply put me in touch with some appropriate providers, including one, Danny (Kaidon), who I went with. All was good and as was promised. Danny was easy to communicate with and did exactly as he said he would. Some of Shiply's robotic bureaucracy was a bit unnecessary - eg listing details of bikes to be picked up after I had already given this information to Danny.

Communications with the courier was very good, cost a little more than the fees and insurances but overall very happy with the service

My Trailer was damaged in transport. Clearly showed in photos by carrier. I had bought the insurance, to my surprise when i contacted Shiply they stated they don’t insure anything. I sent a follow up email about the insurance I paid, they then said they would send to their claims department. Well we went back and forward with additional emails. Then they went silent. Then they sent me a email that time had expired and the claim could not be reopened. I have sent several emails requesting the insurance payment I paid for to be credited. No response.

Good luck if anything happens- insurance is a scam!
