Lovely affordable two grey sun loungers,
Very sturdy, stylish, perfect for our garden,

Product seems very well made and well packaged. Reasonably easy to assemble with my husband. Very pleased with the appearance and functionality.
Delivery was a couple of days later than estimated (10th July instead of between 2nd and 8th) and as noted on previous reviews, it was impossible to find any way of enquiring as to progress as the link sent would not give any information until a day or so before. This was an issue as we were going away shortly after. However, once a message had arrived from the delivery company we could book a delivery slot quite quickly, so all was well.
The package had to be signed for, but the driver refused to let my husband check that the contents were all intact as requested by Sweek. Thankfully all was in order.
Product great, delivery not so great hence 4*.

Bought the mani sideboard as a tv unit and put a subwoofer in the middle. Only item at a reasonable price that suited what I was looking for. Wish I could share a photo as it looks amazing

As a result of my poor review I was asked to contact the Company, however, Brilliant it was not, I tried phoning this morning at 9.45 am on 020 3807 7216 to be advised that due to a public holiday today the 14.7.26 in France the telephone line is closed, however today is the 21st July!
I eventually got through to the Company and they are based in France and have a UK phone number for convenience!!

Bought an outdoor kitchen and bbq. After first use of bbq the lid paintwork started to bubble. Contact Sweeek regarding the issue, what a response, after numerous emails and the questions to try I make out that it must be something I have done. The product has clearly had no primer and heat resistant paint applied. Asking questions as to how I have lit a bbq and how I put it together is surely a company not owning up to a defective product and providing a replacement. The Customer Service handler (Themmy) cannot even reply to the emails regarding complaints process. Do not buy from this company if this is how they treat customers!

Always a risk buying on line. Unfortunately one of the packages didn't arrive which was a fault of the delivery company. Was able to phone tweek and spoke to two girls, who were very helpful, and soon had the problem sorted. Pleased with the items and a very reasonable price.

Goods damaged when received but repaired myself

Bought some sun loungers that have clearly been welded incorrectly, therefore impossible to construct. Still in an email battle to get a refund . Do not use this company, the products are junk.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
The website was incredibly easy to navigate, and I found the perfect garden dining table, chairs, and pergola for our outdoor space. Delivery was swift, and the communication from Sweeek was spot on the entire time. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for some weather proof, green powder coated steel, garden dining chairs for ages and finally found some I really love at Sweeek. I bought Terracotta Red in the end though, becasue they are gorgeous! I'm so happy with them. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, are comfortable, look amazing under the gazeebo and I'm just thrilled with them. I was able to book a delivery day during purchase online with Sweeek and The delivery company let me know they were coming the day before and said they would confirm a two hour slot and they did and they arrived when they said they would, having rung me twenty mins before to triple check I was in. Brilliant, professional delivery service with a smile - Just the way it should be - excellent service -really pleased - 5 stars all round -definitely recommend!

Horrible process, avoid like the plague. I ordered outdoor furniture which was guaranteed delivery by mid July. Having heard nothing by mid July I called them, only to be told the item isn't in stock (it wasn't even in stock when they processed the order), it's a regular error they have and that the item wouldn't even be back in stock until the end of July at the earliest.

Zero communication, shocking customer service and they just don't care. Avoid and go somewhere else

From placing my order through to delivery the communication was excellent. My pergola arrived well packaged, and was fairly easy to construct. It is very solid and looks amazing. It has made such a difference to the garden and the added side screens have made it a really cozy outdoor space…..especially in the evening. It is now a beautiful focal point in the garden.
