Up until recently when I was reading Martin Lewis's blog, I never knew that I could report rent to the credit agencies. It's really helping to improve my score and recording payments will help me to secure a rental elsewhere should I decide to move. CreditLadder responses are fast and accurate. I liked the fact that I could come back to the chat on and off as I was busy. One thing that does irk me however, is the fact that the inside smart metre displays stop working inside of 1 year yet you expect your customers to pay £50 for a new one. I think you should be looking at whoever supplies the displays as they are not producing them to last! I’ve now had 3 of them.
