I ordered a dress online and picked it up at the Lymington shop. Decided to take it home and try it on. Unfortunately even though it was a size 8 petite it was far too wide and would have made a good maternity dress! I did like the dark green colour and style of the dress with the velvet skirt and knitted top, so I was disappointed with the sizing.
The staff in the shop are very friendly and the return was very easy.

The shorts are wonderful, gorgeous pattern, I also have the dress in this pattern fabric. So comfy to wear, hang well, good to have the pockets. In the sale too which makes it even better. Excellent quality as expected from Fat Face.

Very nice jacket but will have to return as its huge. I should have read the reviews before I ordered .Delivered far later than promised but I'm certain that was EVRI s fault. shame as I brought it with extra off and now to reorder although it's still in the sale it will cost more

Two years ago I bought a pair of boots on sale ( £40) from Fatface. In these two years I did not get much chance it wear them. This summer when I went on an holiday to Iceland , I made a full use of them. I wore them in the springs, waterfalls, glaciers, craters everywhere. Those are very stylist, very well made and extremely comfortable , waterproof too. Even after walking very long , I did have any pain in my feet/ legs which I generally get after a long walk . I am so happy that I bought them . Thanks Fatface for your excellent products .

A lovely dress. A generous fit which makes it very comfortable. Fab colour and the embroidery adds a special touch. Very pleased.

Your original message when I placed the order was that delivery would be on Friday 28th August. Which would have been very prompt. Your update on 27th said there would be a delay and my order should arrive within five days. No further update has been received and this is now your second request for a review. That is not a sign of a joined up approach let alone good customer service. If the order isn't fulfilled in the next couple of days it will defeat the purpose as the goods were really required by Friday 4th September

I separately ordered a pair of printed jeans and linen shirt from the sale and both arrived together which was impressive!!!
The printed jeans are lovely on although the length of them are shorter than I hoped for despite ordering a long version. The shirt I've had my eye on for a while and it is very comfortable and a lovely colour

Love my linen black tee shirt, it’s light weight and hangs well! A bargain in the sale.

Awful Experience

If you need something on time with their "claimed" fast delivery. Do not believe it
I was told I would receive the shoes on the 27th August
They arrived on the 5th Sept .
Absolutely shocking would not order from them again

Order arrived on the date I chose. Lovely quality tshirts, wash & iron really well. Very pleased with my purchase, will definitely order from Fat Face again.

As a long standing Fat face fan, I’m becoming disappointed recently in how expensive your clothes are becoming and the inconsistency of sizing

Friendly staff in the store I’ve been in. Love the clothes fits perfectly there is always something for me to purchase

Ease of ordering quick delivery. The pyjamas are as described but size is on the large side. I kept them but would size down next time. Nice cosy pyjamas

Perfect fit of the barrel jeans (not too voluminous!). Really good quality. Arrived when stated they would. I had bought one pair in the shop (sale) and was so pleased with them I bought the other pair online at full price.hood service at the Matket Harborough store.
