Ordered some gift cards and the message was slightly wrong . I contacted customer service and they were brilliant, sent out a new message card , next day delivery.

The availability of personalised gifts are brilliant , I had a small issue and contacted customer service . I must say they were fantastic , got back within hours and sorted out my problem so quickly and then kept me up to date with my order . Will definitely use again , Great products , 5 stars 🌟

Ordered cheese , eggs , ham and beetroot .
The ham was lovely and tasty , lovely sweet vacuum packed baby beets .
Havnt tried cheese yet , shame the eggs weren’t farm ones . Will def use again 👌

Bought some gluten free pasties , very nice , loved the pastry .Normally all gluten free pastries are hard but loved the soft texture of the pasties .Will def buy again

First and last time I’m using Steve Madden . Placed an order 3 weeks ago and on site it stated next day orders are Despatched . After 2 weeks I contacted them and was told behind on orders . After 3 weeks was told that my order was out of stock and would get a refund . Then was told I could have a10% off voucher for the trouble , if I’m ever going to use them again , I dont think so . Great customer service ,NOT!!

I’ve used intelligent leasing for my last 4 cars now , always great communications, no pressure and keep me up to date . I think we’ve had Douglas organise our cars for the last 2 or 3 , which puts you at ease when trying to work out what’s best for us and for organising our change over of cars

Discusting service , can never contact and when you do there’s no point
Had next day delivery of suitcases , 5 days later still nothing and when I spoke to customer service they said if I send evra a email it takes 5 days , magic!!!
If it wasn’t the fact that I know a delivery driver at evri I would never had received them
Sports direct don’t care , when I said I needed them to go on holiday and if they don’t come in a few days there no good to me so could I have a return postal label , she said if you don’t want them that’s up to you and you’ll have to pay for postage back

They were in contact all the time , told me when it was going into auction and what price I would accept
Got a phone call , slightly under but great price , very happy
I was contacted by the dealership that bought it Thurlow Nunn , then arranged collection around 5/6 days later
The driver checked over the car and agreed it was as per photos and my money went into my sons bank within 5 mins , then they drove it away
An absolute breeze , seriously if you want to sell your car use MOTORWAY , you won’t regret it .
