My order came on time and well packaged, over the moon with the item they fit great and well worth the money.

Displays and sells you next day delivery but dose not actually come next day. Waste of money don’t bother

Very disappointed with the ordering process. I was surprised to find that you have to pay the full delivery cost even when choosing Click & Collect.

I bought two items so I could try both sizes, but if I need to return one, I believe I will also have to pay for the return. This makes the whole process unnecessarily expensive and inconvenient.

Most websites have a straightforward option to cancel an order. With Sports Direct, you have to fill in a form and wait for it to be reviewed. By the time you receive a response, the order could already have been dispatched, making the cancellation process pointless.

The ordering and cancellation process really needs to be made much simpler and more customer-friendly.

Great value swimming costumes for great quality. Slazenger is a go brand for me as they last well when used for regular swimming.

Have to pay to collect from store, the same price as having it delivered to your address. And the order has now been delayed…paying £4.95 delivery for a rubbish, delayed service. I could have probably popped into a store and got them quicker.

Ordered football boots for my son, paid £9.99 for next day delivery and disappointingly they were delivered 2 days after ordering, hence only 3 stars given - everything else was ok, boots fit and they look good

I tried to buy 2 pairs from the store but they only had 1 pair in my size and didn't offer to help in any way, they just asked if I wanted to buy 1 pair for 40 pounds, crazy 🤣

Always find what my Grandsons love to wear at a price I am happy to pay! Great quality and choice. Ordering is easy and never lost a delivery.

Tried to cancel delivery, sent in form and also went through chat received email to say being cancelled and then 3 hours later parcel is then process and then 24hrs later it’s out for delivery… what a waste of my time trying to cancel, just say no in the first place…

Brought some astro trainers for my son this weekend. They felt tight when at home so decided to return and exchange for some others, three pairs in our price range all out of stock in store and online in his size. Ridiculous policy that you can't have your money back and shop elsewear (as should be our customer right) if the store wasn't around the corner I would have gone elsewhere anyway. Sports direct gave me a credit note and we now have to wait until they have some in his size. I needed the shoes for Monday. I can say the shoes/ trainers bags we have previously brought have been good quality.
Customer service is not great though they could crack a smile and be alittle more polite and helpful. Put me off using anymore. Do better Sports Direct.

Do not buy online from this lot! They send me the completely wrong shoe, I received a girls shoe for my son, despite ordering a boys shoe of course, and the hassle I have had trying to get this returned is unbelievable! You can't phone them but they insist you contact customer services if wrong item received. You end up in a online chat queue for hours, then they disconnect you when they're too busy! Shambolic!

Disgusting and miss leading ordered a Nike bag and they sent an alternative without asking. I paid £7.99 for next day delivery which was good, however I did this so this bag was in time for school. Now I don’t have time to get another one!

I love the excellent range of products online with excellent prices and a great service BUT I very much dislike the horrendously expensive postage/delivery and returns costs :(

Generally very good quality running wear and training
