Feeling like I've been scammed…
Good quality shoes but they list the colour as being the same as the picture then send goods which are clearly a different colour.
I may have to think twice on buying from them in the future, I was desperate for something so kept them but really disappointed that a company like this can be so dishonest, and I'm thinking this was clearly the wrong decision to keep them. Wasted money for sure.
If they were being honest they would have listed the product colour instead of referring to the picture. It feels like they are just out to scam people.

Dire customer service
Placed an order that has clearly been lost by the courier company (Evri) but Pro:Direct have been totally incompetent at resolving it. Despite no movement on the tracker since Wednesday 26 August they have made me wait a full 10 working days before they will even raise a dispute with Evri as to the parcels whereabouts. Ludicrous ... I spent £420 with them and then they had the audacity to say that as I'd chosen STANDARD delivery I had to wait - if someone spent £420 with me I'd be pulling out the stops to make sure their parcel arrived. Surprisingly parcel 2 that was dispatched after parcel 1 arrived very promptly. Disgusted with their lack of customer care let alone the fact I then had to buy shoes locally for the childrens return to school at short notice (despite ordering in good time). I stated in my last email that I wanted to cancel the order as it's clearly lost but that's gone unanswered as yet. Will be chasing a refund this week...

Perfect products
Perfect products. Very disappointed in the delivery. Ordered mid August for a 3 to 5 business day turnaround. Turned up in September. Missed the event by a week. Apart from that would order again with more but would allow more time.
