Payed for the next day delivery with DHL got my order a week later with royal mail
tried to cancel my order got a generic email no answer after that.

Reaaly poor customer service. Impossible to get any information out of them. Have been trying to track progress of order placed on 21 October (2046978) - not yet received and no updates at all - but have heard nothing.

I would not use this website. Firstly they spent months telling me my order was on its way. Then when I asked for a refund, they are so far yet to provide it.

Very good website, no problem ordering my item, was kept upto date every step of the way. Was dubious of some comments on here but can't complain with the service. Good communication , can't complain.

ordered 24/25 Arda Güler Real Madrid home jersey. Can’t really find anywhere. These guys had it. It’s Adidas jersey so I knew what to expect. It was more about the find and the print quality and it’s great.

Disappointing customer service and questionable handling of consumer rights

Really disappointed with my experience with UKSoccerShop. I contacted them to cancel my order before it was dispatched, but received an unrelated automated response. I am now having to chase multiple times for an email

I did not request a unique name or bespoke personalisation I selected a name from their drop down list. Despite this, UKSoccerShop is relying on its no-returns policy for printed shirts to refuse my cancellation.

The UK Government’s guidance on the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 specifically gives the example of a football shirt bearing a player’s name as something that should generally still be eligible for cancellation, distinguishing this from a shirt personalised with the customer’s own name.

I have raised this with the company and asked them to explain the legal basis for their position, but I should not have to fight for my consumer rights. Their blanket policy appears to disregard the distinction set out in the Government’s guidance and may be inconsistent with my statutory cancellation rights.

The shirt has now arrived and remains completely unopened in its original packaging. I am extremely disappointed that my attempt to cancel before dispatch has resulted in this situation, rather than a straightforward resolution.

I hope UKSoccerShop reconsiders its position and resolves this fairly.

Great quality

Top i ordered was at a good price and fast delivery with being kept up to date all the way through

ordered a shirt for over 130 pounds. Shirt was advertised as in stock so ordered it. After a couple of weeks still no shirt so contacted them and a copy and paste email was received with delivery times. Item was listed in account as awaiting dispatch. After the 30 days of there supposedly very rare condition sof 30 days i cancelled the order.Stil awaiting a full refund until this day. Avoid this company at all costs. Complete scammers.

I wish I had checked the reviews here before I made my purchase. It took a MONTH just to ship and I had to keep emailing to ask for updates. I also do not believe the company is based or ships from the UK as they claim. I think it's a shop in China. I would recommend doing business elsewhere.
