Refund problems
Purchased a couple of shorts but were too big. Started a return but have now been waiting for a couple of weeks. They received the return a week ago but haven’t received any contact from them. Really difficult to contact and slow to respond. Also charge to return items.

Placed an order from the US on a Saturday, and my order was delivered to me from Manchester, UK in 3 days. The shirt was as advertised, and there was quite a wide selection of kits. I’m a Liverpool supporter, but I was looking for colorful, obscure shirts to add to my collection. I’m very satisfied with my new Accra Hearts of Oak SC shirt, and have enjoyed reading about their club history and notable players. I’ll be keeping my eye out for more gear to order!

Really poor experience using Classic…
Before you sell your shirt to these guys, read my latest e-mail below to them… they used to be great but it looks like they’ve gotten too big and can’t cope anymore with providing a decent, common theme from a-lot of the reviews on here…
I wish to make a complaint about missing money relating to a shirt sale. I agreed a sale with your team ref order no: ***** on Friday 10th of July, I sent the shirt on the 11th and I can see from the tracking it was received into your office on the 13th. There was no confirmation it was received as per your instructions that I would get this. I sent an e-mail on the 16th asking for confirmation and this was ignored. I sent a second e-mail on the 18th and finally got an AI response (no apology or explanation) I was asked for payment details (despite providing them on the form as requested?) which I did and was promised payment within 1-3 days. Those 3 days are up and no payment has arrived.. instead of sending AI responses from ‘Hugo’ i’m raising this here in the hope someone will actually look into this for me, as it stands you’ve not paid me for goods and broken the agreement…
