Undgå/avoid SPORTSWORLD.DK. I am form Denmark. I started 27. august on sportworld.dk, but was redirected to a .com site. I recived an answer, that they were unable to confirm having the item. On 31/8 the money was drawn from my account. 2/9 the order was sent from UK and I would receive it 4/9. On 5/9 a UK transport company told me, that they now had received the parcel, but it was delayed. Today, 11 days after I made the order, I still have no idea, when I will get the item. Lone Pilgaard

Went to sports world crewe Friday 28th August to buy some casuals for holiday. My partner needed a different size in shorts went to the front of the store to a guy on the computer looking at rotas his name was Martin the store manager what a very rude manager he was. Asked him could you please help me if you have a different size in these shorts his reply was pointing down the store saying everything is out they will either be on the rack or hanging at the side walls didn't even bother to lead me to anywhere and then said he had not got the staff to help and carried on with what he was doing no help what so ever. The worst customer service ever. He then stood with two other members of staff drinking out of his water bottle he told him I was going to leave a review his attitude was what we would expect as much as his help very very rude. I don't know how you run your stores with a manager like Martin but this has to be the worst customer service ever.

Easy ordering. I haven't received my order yet, though. Although I ordered from a Danish website, the goods are shipped from the UK = import taxes. It didn't say on the website....so my order is getting more expensive than I anticipated. Not OK.

Excellent. I got exactly what I ordered in reasonable time and no unexpected shenanigans.

Bought shoes for my son on the 20th of July, and they were supposed to arrive on the 3rd.

Schools have now opened, so ended up buying another pair elsewhere. Also, wrote to them to see how far my order is. Nothing a week later.

I am starting to wonder if it’s a scheme or not. I definitely will never buy anything from this site again. If they can’t even communicate with customers, they have no business running a business.

I’ve ordered a pair of Under Armour pants and they didn’t fit. I then wanted to return and their return label they sent me didn’t work!!

They didnt say they shipped from the uk and they then said it was going to be delivered on one day when the package hadn't even been sent. the delivery was very hard and i didnt get the tracking number until the day of delivery.

I payed extra for fast 1-3 days delivery and not 4-6 days. the order arrived on the 4th day with a damaged box. Then when a started the return it cost extra again to make the return even thought it is not my fault that they made a late delivery .

Ordered a Argentina top on Wednesday with express delivery to ensure delivery before the final on Sunday. The website claims express delivery will take 2 days at the most. Apparently it's just been shipped Friday afternoon with delivery expected some time on Monday. That's great! Just paid for "express delivery " for absolutely no reason...

Great experience with customer service. Bought a wrong item and got it returned the day after with no hassle.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Sports World. When my package arrived and I opened it, the shoebox was empty! There was nothing inside except a bit of packing paper.

When I contacted customer service and asked for an explanation, they refused to help. They asked if I had filmed myself opening the package. Of course I hadn't. Since I couldn't prove that I had received an empty shoebox, they rejected my claim.

Do yourself a favor: don't buy anything from Sports World!

Don’t trust their delivery estimations, they are not accurate. I’ve waited over a week and the order is still in the UK (I live in Denmark).

I purchased a pair of sports shoes from SportWorld. As soon as I received them, I tried them on indoors only to check the size. Unfortunately, they did not fit, so I requested a return and sent them back just one day after receiving them.

To my surprise, my return was rejected because they claimed the shoes were “contaminated” or “dirty.” This is simply not true. The shoes were only tried on briefly for sizing and were returned almost immediately in the same condition.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected a fair and customer-friendly return process, especially for a product that was only tried on to check the fit. Instead, I was left with a pair of shoes that I cannot use and a return that was unfairly refused.

I will not purchase from SportWorld again, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a product that should take 3 to 5 days to come to Denmark, 10 days after and didn't got the package yet (Still in the UK). Not worth to safe some money if it takes this much longer. Change your parcel/delivery company because you losing costumers with it.
