Ordered a Argentina top on Wednesday with express delivery to ensure delivery before the final on Sunday. The website claims express delivery will take 2 days at the most. Apparently it's just been shipped Friday afternoon with delivery expected some time on Monday. That's great! Just paid for "express delivery " for absolutely no reason...

Great experience with customer service. Bought a wrong item and got it returned the day after with no hassle.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Sports World. When my package arrived and I opened it, the shoebox was empty! There was nothing inside except a bit of packing paper.

When I contacted customer service and asked for an explanation, they refused to help. They asked if I had filmed myself opening the package. Of course I hadn't. Since I couldn't prove that I had received an empty shoebox, they rejected my claim.

Do yourself a favor: don't buy anything from Sports World!

Don’t trust their delivery estimations, they are not accurate. I’ve waited over a week and the order is still in the UK (I live in Denmark).

I purchased a pair of sports shoes from SportWorld. As soon as I received them, I tried them on indoors only to check the size. Unfortunately, they did not fit, so I requested a return and sent them back just one day after receiving them.

To my surprise, my return was rejected because they claimed the shoes were “contaminated” or “dirty.” This is simply not true. The shoes were only tried on briefly for sizing and were returned almost immediately in the same condition.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected a fair and customer-friendly return process, especially for a product that was only tried on to check the fit. Instead, I was left with a pair of shoes that I cannot use and a return that was unfairly refused.

I will not purchase from SportWorld again, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a product that should take 3 to 5 days to come to Denmark, 10 days after and didn't got the package yet (Still in the UK). Not worth to safe some money if it takes this much longer. Change your parcel/delivery company because you losing costumers with it.

They delivered another size

Very smooth delevery a little slow but it was fine.

20 of may l bought 13 things and delivery time was 27 may.today is 28 may packet is still not moving from UK!!! They send with diffirunt time with diffirunt packets..l wrote custumor service,they dont help so much they copy same mail..and today they say delivery time up to 21 days!!and they work wit bring so they dont have packet shoap every where ..now when the packet is come (hope fully ) l have to go diffirunt days pick up packets.by the way after 8 days they just send last packets..

Shipping takes too long. otherwise everything is okat.

Very long delivery time between UK and Denmark

To be completely honest, I checked Sports World’s Trustpilot reviews before placing my order for the Nike Structure 26 SN10 Black/White (size 44) on May 11, 2026. Seeing such a low rating made me nervous and unsure about ordering. I honestly worried about possible fake products or other issues.

However, after speaking with one of their stores in Denmark by phone, I felt more comfortable and decided to give them a chance — and I’m really happy that I did!

The shoes were original, exactly as described, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Their prices are very reasonable, customer service is friendly and replies quickly, and they kept me updated with several emails about the shipping process, which created a lot of trust and peace of mind.

I also appreciated the 10% discount code for signing up and creating an account. Even though the package was shipped from England, the shipping costs were still fair and reasonable.

Overall, I had a very positive experience, and based on my own purchase, I can definitely recommend Sports World without worry.

Absolutely terrible online shopping experience with Sports Direct.
Bought a pair of kids’ sandals for around £18 and paid £4.99 delivery, only to find they didn’t fit. Fair enough - that happens. But what’s NOT acceptable is their ridiculous returns policy. I went to a store to exchange them, and they flat-out refused. No exchange, no help - just told to send them back myself.
So I had to pay ANOTHER £4.99 just to return them. Nearly £10 wasted in delivery fees for nothing.
In 2026, with so many retailers offering free returns and easy in-store exchanges, this is just embarrassing. How can a company this big have such an inflexible, outdated system? It feels like they simply don’t care about customers once they’ve got your money.
Plenty of better places to shop - I won’t be using Sports Direct online again.

They shipped my order to a location I can't pick up.
Now it will be waiting for return and waiting double time to be delivered to the correct location.
No option to choose the delivery method or location!
No tracking option, even if you have a tracking number, but it doesn't work and shows nothing!

I do not recommend this seller!
A complete waste of time and money.
This way of treating customers is far from modern standards!
