They sent me an oven with broken glass and do not want to take liability to repair. I wish to give them negative stars. The case is still outstanding since 12th July. Unable to talk to customer service, they kept delegating to someone who’s not reachable named Nick. The level of support is very poor.

The prices and availability on some items fluctuate greatly in a short time. One day it's 200NOK then suddenly it becomes 500. One day the item is available then suddenly it disappears forever.

Besides that great experience with buying, customer service and fast shipping👍

Delivered on time with a perfect condition.

I have bought several products from CS Megastore over the last two years. They have a very wide selection of products and a fair delivery price. Never had any trouble with deliveries and when there was a delay I was always informed on time. It also feels good to support a Danish and European online shopping company. I hope you do too.

One star is too much, -5 stars is accurate.

I ordered a monitor at CS MEGASTORE, it was not the cheapest price for that monitor online, but it was in storage according to their website, so delivery should have been quick according their website, and that is what I wanted.

4 days later I got a message of Posten that it has registered a shipment, but it never was sent.

Today, 9 days have passed since my order and still no sign that the order was sent out and my credit card got also charge for this order.

Meanwhile I was asking CS MEGASTORE twice what is going on with my order. I did not get any reply from them.

Today I got an email from CS MEGASTORE to review my experience with them about this order, while they let a customer down like this!

Unbelievable that CS MEGASTORE is still in business with this kind of service. I regret that I have ordered something at them, what a scam CS MEGASTORE is.

It is also suspicious that we Norwegians have to pay higher scam prices compared to the rest of Europe, which looks like to be organized by cartels of webshops and manufacturers, that have agreed on absurd higher price levels for electronics in Norway.

Update after email CS MEGASTORE:
In my opinion does CS MEGASTORE do a lot blablabla talking (probably with AI). It looks like the reply down below here. They talk as they do care about their customers, but what CS MEGASTORE does care about how to get the money of the customers, without taking any accountability or responsibility. If they would really care about customers, they would have send a me a new product with an express shipment free of charge, or refunded me my money directly anyway. But NO!, they have the money of the customer and then they are hiding themselves behind a failure of a courier company they contracted themselves. What a lousy customer care at company is CS MEGASTORE!!! CS MEGASTORE does not take responsibility and accountability!!!

Disgusting customer service, just pure neglect. I purchased an Aqara electronic lock which broke 4 months after installing it. I promptly returned the lock to CS Megastore and now it has been over 3 months without any action. They have my lock and my money and don't take any action to refund or supply a product that works. Everything seems fine with this retailer, until you have a problem, then they bury their head in the sand and take no responsibility. I have had to constantly chase and get no action from them. What a disgrace!

They want to charge extra delivery cost for each item. Instead of 39 what they propose i had two items in the basket, then delivery price was 54. They need to make price delivery more obvious. It feels like lost time to handle with them.

All went perfect except when you had to pick up 7 items from a box at a pickup location and you didn't have any bag with you to put these on. Normally i would expect these to be in a Bag, so that i can grab a bag and go out. Or mention in the pickup message that bring your own bags :)

The pricing of the product is very less compared to other stores for the same brand and model. Delivery was free of charge and was quite quick (the parcel in 1 day). QUite happy with the service and the product that i bought.

Order 2 x from CS Megastore as prices are the best then throw on top orders are processed very quickly, so arrive quickly.
Queered a product and they replied quickly, so what is to complain about ? Nothing!!

Gave a delivery date when ordering. Then once ordered gave an even later delivery date. Item actually arrived another day later than stated.

Took something like 2 weeks from ordering until arrival.

20 dager etter bestillingen. Tracking nummer viser at det ikke er sent enda. Link med tracking viser ny dato hver gang.

Update: i called and give my order number, (which I will not publish here). Not helpfull the support. It can take up to 5 more days.

I’ve purchased from this store several times, and I’m always very happy with my orders. The products are great quality, and delivery is always fast and reliable. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this store. 5 out of 5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. After placing my order, I waited 8 days just to be told there would be a delay, and on day 9 I was informed that the order was cancelled—apparently because of a price difference.

If there was a pricing issue, this should have been communicated immediately, not after keeping a customer waiting for nearly two weeks. No proper solution, no compensation, and no attempt to make up for the wasted time.

A very frustrating experience and a complete lack of reliability. I would not recommend this e-shop.
