I have ordered the items at the start of Maj, I have been quite patient waiting for them since they are many but I still haven't received the items, that's why I can't evaluate anything positively.

I’ve never ever had an issue with payment and they send things out extremely fast with next day delivery most of the time on weekdays. A great selection of products and very easy to use. My only complaint is the UI, which REALLY could use some work.

Nice seller, fast shipping and nice products. They reply very fast to inquiries.

I've bought most of my IT gear from Proshop for years. A RAM kit I purchased was defective, and rather than replace it they issued a refund — which, with prices having risen since, leaves me covering the extra cost myself to replace a part that failed on its own. To be fair to them, they may have had a legal basis for refunding instead of replacing.

But what really lost me was the response when I asked, politely, for any kind of goodwill — a small discount on a replacement or my next purchase — just to make the outcome a little fairer. Not a fight, not demands, just a reasonable middle ground. They refused everything.

Being within your rights and treating customers well aren't the same thing. After years of loyalty, being left entirely on the losing end of a defect that wasn't my fault — with no willingness to meet halfway — is enough to make me take my future orders elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply. One correction for anyone reading, because the reasoning given doesn't match the general rule.

Under købeloven, in a consumer purchase the buyer chooses between repair and replacement — a refund is a fallback, not a remedy the seller picks to close the case. The only exception is disproportionate cost, but § 78 a measures that against the value of a defect-free item, not the price originally paid — so "too expensive for us" rarely stands. And "we treat all cases the same to avoid discrimination" is not a legal basis; consumer rights are individual and can't be reduced by policy below what the law gives each buyer.

There's no settled precedent locking in a seller's right to simply choose a refund, so that position can be legally challenged.

To be clear, I'm not a lawyer — this is my own reading of the consumer rules, shared as opinion for anyone in the same situation. That said, the reply correcting me doesn't appear to come from one either, so I'd encourage anyone affected to check købeloven § 78 a themselves rather than take either of us at our word.

Nearly always the best prices and stunning service /delivery.

I bought a product few weeks ago and should had been ready to pick up few days later. 2 days before they delayed it and gave excuses, delayed for one week which is double the original waiting time. Then again delay and again and again. Horrible company, just took my money and never seemed bothered about never giving me the thing that I paid for. I contacted them again and asked what was actually going on. They told me that it had been delayed but should come this week, one more day delayed. Now it's delayed until unknown time. They removed expected arrival day on the day when it was supposed to be ready... after being already few weeks delayed with many continuous delays. Now they have decided to remove the product on their website... They haven't contacted me or anything, just completely don't care at all that they stole my money for few weeks for nothing. In the meantime I could have bought this long time ago from their competitor.

Repeated product issues and very poor aftersales communication

I had repeated issues with a robot lawn mower purchased from Proshop. The product was repaired once, but after the return shipment it appeared damaged again. I complained and clearly requested either a replacement or a refund.

In my experience, the aftersales communication was extremely poor, dismissive and arrogant. There was no meaningful dialogue or proper explanation. I mainly received short unilateral notifications about what Proshop had decided to do.

After the case was submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Proshop still continued the repair process unilaterally and later informed me that the internal complaint case was closed, without properly addressing my request for replacement or refund.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Proshop’s aftersales service.

Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition.
