Helpful and knowledgeable.

I wasn’t sure which cat door to order to replace my old one so I emailed to ask. They replied almost immediately with a link to the correct one. I ordered it on their recommendation that same day, it came the following day by DPD delivery and I fitted it today. It’s perfect! Thank you so much, I couldn’t have had better service - you were so helpful and I’m grateful. My old cat door was probably at least 20 years old so this one will see me out!!

Not happy about delivery charge.

I have been using Nespresso for over 20 years, always buy at least 100 capsules and always choose free 2/3 day delivery at checkout. This time, however, the only option I was given was for next day delivery at a charge of £5 thus adding to the cost of the coffee. If it happens again because they’ve started charging for delivery, I’ll seriously think about changing to another brand or machine.

Fantastic service.

I ordered 3 books and therefore got one free. Two were hard covers and all four only cost £12.99! I wondered how long it would be for them to arrive as I was going away but they came 2 days later. They were like new - I couldn’t tell they were pre-owned. Well done, WOB!!

First class coffee and service.

I’ve been using Nespresso for over 20 years and wouldn’t ever consider changing. The only problem is that the coffee is so good it’s spoiled me for any other brand! The web site is a bit confusing at times but, in general, I don’t have any problems. Delivery arrives either on time or before and, if a problem with the machine occurs, they’re helpful and quick to sort it out. Well done, Nespresso!

Very quick delivery and well packaged

Very quick delivery and well packaged. Chairs very nice but height of seat is a bit deceptive. I bought because it says they're 50.5 cm high but only the back of the seat is that height and they slope downwards slightly so no higher than the ones I'm replacing.

Bad from start to finish

I bought a refurbished iPad, supposedly Grade A, but was unable to use as it was faulty. The company recommended returning it using Royal Mail Special Delivery but said they’d refund postage if required. It cost £9.45 to return and I requested a replacement iPad in working condition. After waiting some time for the replacement, I had to contact them to find out when to expect delivery but was told that the second iPad had failed their tests so wasn’t being sent. They offered to return my money which I accepted and I also asked for the £9.45 postage to be refunded. This morning I’ve had an email telling me that, because I hadn’t applied “on line” for the postage refund, they wouldn’t pay it.

This is bad form, iOutlet. 2 faulty iPads later, 2 weeks of my time wasted and I’m almost £10 out of pocket - all due to your total inefficiency.

Update: Since writing the above, I have received a phone call from iOutlet offering me the return of my postage.

Everything excellent. I have been using Vape Club for a couple of years now. The website is easy to negotiate, the product I want has always been in stock and I usually receive my parcel in less than 24 hours - this time, I ordered at 3pm one day and it arrived by 10am the next day. Thank you!

Good service but ...

I bought two pairs of glasses, just with my reading prescription. The lens in both sets of specs are absolutely spot on. One pair is very comfortable to wear but the other just isn't quite right for some reason. I can't work out why they don't sit properly but feel I can't go to my Optician to ask them to check them out!

Couldn't be bettered!

The young man (Matty) who dealt with my query could not have been more helpful. I have no experience of share dealing and, before I rang, hoped I wouldn't make a fool of myself. Matty talked me through what I had to do and made things very easy. He was able to complete the trade for me and also helped with a difficult share on the American market. If only other sites had such pleasant, helpful people answering their phones. Well done, I.I., for training your staff so well and for employing Matty. He was great. Thank you.
