Ordered on line, several emails to update progress, delivery was within time scale, we had a lovely delivery driver his name was Andy W. He was polite, respectful to us and our property. Trellis and posts were good quality all round excellent company to deal with.

They have a lovely taste to them if I fancy chocolate I just grab spoonful and that stops the cravings. They were very well packed and even better is they have a long date ( a year) I use then a my treat and cooking

Excellent communication day before delivery and texts and phone call 30 minutes before delivery. Very respectful and polite delivery men. Hassle free delivery highly recommended

My grandson bought a lovely jacket .
The lady at the till was very polite and extremely helpful, she told my grandson to download JD app so he could get points worth money to him to shop online.

Had an issue with my Eero and Ruby Peckham sorted it out. What a life saver I was frightened that I had unknowingly cancelled my account, but Ruby reassured me and resolved my issues.

We had the A Team installers.
Ashley and James they were first class, professional, clean and tidy, we had 3 days of good banter and some laughs.
They cleaned all the windows inside and outside, no mess left at all. We had an issue with front Door and side panel which needs to be reordered and we would like The A Team back please.
The quality of the window is excellent they look fab and really chunky and heavy, we are delighted with them we have already had some comments on how nice they are.
Spoke to Nathan (one of managers) on Monday he is abrupt and rude and his attitude can do with some people skills and customer service training.
In respect to Nathan who rang us tonight (Friday 6th) he was pleasant and polite not sure if he was were having a bad day.

Delivery was on time, there was lots of communications and updates on delivery, the two boys were very respectful and charming when they delivered, we we were very impressed with the service . However the greenhouse Has not been put together as yet ,
