From the forest to the doorstep – we’re a vertically integrated business We’re proud to be a British company using sustainable, British timber. The majority of the timber we use is grown and felled from managed UK forests across Scotland. After felling, the timber is cut and processed in our nearby sawmill and taken to our manufacturing operation in rural Worcestershire.

Great delivery service

Great delivery service. Phil Haywood was very polite and courteous and very helpfully went above and beyond unloading the wagon with my items. Thank you.

Ordered 2 8ft x 6ft sheds

Ordered 2 8ft x 6ft sheds. I was kept up to date with the order status, delivery was prompt and on time, with live tracking available so I could see exactly where our driver was on the day. The driver, Kevin, had to contend with a stepped path and and a short walk around a corner, but he cheerfully carried the sheds panel by panel and stacked them intelligently to make assembley as straightforward as possible. He also clearly explained the order he had put the pieces in. Excellent service!

Delivery perfect

Delivery perfect - driver Brandon Lancett was very friendly and efficient.
Once the shed is assembled, I’ll write a review about the quality and value for money - it’s currently still in pieces. I was a bit disappointed that the window comes in Perspex rather than glass as standard.

Good service

First of all I am very happy with the trellis ordered. When some was not in stock, I was informed straight away and the company kept me updated with delivery dates. On the delivery date, the driver called when he was half an hour away. He (Brian Coleman) was polite and helpful.
All in all, I'm happy! Thank you.

Forest Garden 7x5 Summer House

We ordered a Forest Garden 7x5 Summer House online. It was delivered on schedule by delivery man Phil S he was polite and helpful he put it exactly where we wanted it and in order for the installation team. It looks good quality and a good price we are just waiting for the Installation Team to come and Install it now.
