The order process and delivery couldn't fault. Great experience.
Given it states on the website ‘beware of cheap copies’ or similar, I would expect the quality of the shed to be a lot better than what was delivered. The pre fixed parts like the doors, panel looked like they were thrown together, nothing fitted properly or was aligned, nails were sticking out in a number of places etc. At least if I’d purchased a cheaper shed we would have at least saved money as I cant see the shed delivered could have been any worse. Disappointed having paid more for less.

My experience with Tiger Sheds didn't start off particularly well as I was told it would be delivered on Friday, then had a call saying it would be Tuesday. That was fine, however the shed ended up turning up on Monday. I had no call, no email to advise. Nothing.

The wood for the shed itself is such poor quality. A number of boards were already split, broken, or bowed.

The shed I bought ('The Silva') has a tongue and groove to connect the pieces which you're meant to hit with a mallet to push the pieces into place. The only issue is that as soon as you touch it with the mallet you find the tongue on the board just breaks off in pieces.

So many boards are slightly bowed that the shed simply won't go together. It'll probably end up as bonfire wood instead.

A very expensive mistake.

Wow! What a lovely log cabin. Installed today by Christoff and Kai who were polite and professional. They made a great job of it and tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend Tiger, the quality is fantastic.

The ordering part was quite easy and the person I spoke to was helpful and polite. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I received the email confirmation he had put the wrong house number in. I rang back and it was amended, so all good in the end. I haven't received the shed yet so can't review it until I do.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff made ordering the shed really easy. He went through all the options available to use and explained them clearly without being pushy. sheds are really good quality.

Good customer service my shed being delivered earlier than expected

I ordered a Tiger Elite Pressure Treated Octagonal 6 X 6 foot a few months. I personally would go for the 8 X 6 foot version of as the doorway is way too narrow to get furniture through on the 6 X 6. If I could send this one back and order the larger version I would. It was delivered a few days ago and the Tiger contractors erected the summer house the next day after delivery, which was done efficiently, but they did leave the packaging and surplus nails around the garden, which I had to clean up as I have a dog. I am also not impressed that I have to secure the window glass into the summer house myself with putty or something similar. I am not a glazier and just wanted the whole job done. My advice would be not to buy the smaller one, for me it was not worth the cost and the doorway narrow gap does NOT meet my needs.

Had a few sheds over the years but Tiger sheds have easily supplied the best. You have to wait because their in demand but its well worth it. Good communication and friendly delivery service. I must say for the money the shed quality is excellent. Good quality materials and a good solid feel to the panels which were heavy which is always a good sign. The assembly instructions were refreshingly straight forward and clear to follow. I purchased a 6ft x 6ft shed and was able to complete assembly unaided in a few short hours. I added a small side deck and treated with a good quality wood/fence preserver.
Overall, cant recommend this company and its products enough. Buy with confidence.

I have noted your response but can you please tell me what it is your going to do about it seeing as we have paid out a lot of money for a product that isn’t fit for purpose
I mean come on a building that you cannot open the doors and windows

some of the materials were not fit for purpose no quality control .missing parts broken parts parts made from wood looked like scrap rotten wood an crumbled in your hand . instruction in places were poor especially trim .you had to decide where they went and how skirting too short all one size although shed has different length walls .so had use off cuts to finish of putting together was ok but sometimes you darn,t tap to hard ,when i phoned about missing broken parts they said maybe two-three weeks ,not next day that then leaves you to not complete the building ,just imagine if i subbed this out to a builder if i was old id have two bills by him..id like to say good buy but it could have all been prevented by quality control and better after sales. yes i did complete the build but to be honest id have to take the roof off to repair the broken and missing parts not happening so its lucky there was few scraps that they used for packaging that i reshaped ,to overcome this issue ,they also never did phone me back as promised ,i feel i built the last top rows out of off cuts from packaging .now would i recommend them there is a lot of plusses few negatives ,i coped but others might not i feel i should have been given extra 25% off for all the bad quality and missing parts ,but saying that you never want this to happen on a project that you put time aside to do ,as yo cannot leave for 3 week for them to ship parts out ,that even hoping that happens .when are they giving me my money back for for completing thier product , the doors are a bit flimsy well the retains parts that you expect to be strong to stop burglars from breaking in ,as its a shed that's what you want it to do .

Great service, kurb side delivery but easy to setup as the panels are straight forward and simple to assemble, took me and the wife less than 1hour to assemble it, looks great in the allotment too

Ive not had my shed delivered yet, but im hoping it goes smoothly as I live in a terraced house they will have to go around the back of my house which Is another post code so im hoping they will get there. Fingers crossed.

I bought a 12x6 shed the sales man was spot on and was straight forward
I bought the shed for my motorbike had to wait 9 weeks for it to be delivered which turned into over 3 months. The day it got delivered the driver said there’s a panel missing so I rang customer service I had to wait a further 2 weeks for the panel when it got delivered they sent the wrong side panel.
When I managed to get the shed up the windows they sent was wrong by a country mile rang customer service again they said they will send the right ones out in 3-5 days a week past still no windows so I emailed them for them to tell me they got damaged they will send some more another week past the windows finally came I paid nearly £1200 for the shed they said they would give me some compensation they give me £25 after spending £30 on purspex for temporary windows to keep it water tight £80 to restore my bike as I cancelled it due to the shed getting delivered but all the problems I had to restore it.
I wouldn’t use tiger sheds again and anyone looking at buying a shed do not buy from these

I ordered a 8x6 lean to pent shed at the beginning of August, there was a bit of confusion that I hadn't paid which I had, to be fair to Tiger was rectified with one email in less than an hour so I can't fault customer service at all, the shed arrived in October delivered by a lovely chap called Danny, your typical full of banter Yorkshire man, he went right out of his way to make my delivery as easy as possible with a good laugh and so much help on a cold wet day. Give that man a bonus. We put the shed together a week later and it was pretty simple to erect with 2 of us and everything was there as intended. Now it's built and I've made a few customisations such as bigger hinges it's really good. Excellent quality and very sturdy, no damaged misfitting parts etc. have given it a couple of coats of golden creosolve and it looks stunning. Thank you Tiger Sheds

Delivery was a nightmare!
My delivery was booked 7-12 am 29/10/26. Nobody arrived. I called customer service who said no issues so should be there soon. Still nobody arrived. I called again. I was told it was an agency driver and they could not tell me when he’d arrive. I asked to contact delivery driver. Answer was no. I asked them to give delivery driver my number. He called 2 pm to tell me it would be after 6pm!! Nice man. He then asked me who else would be there to help. I said nobody. Tiger had said twice that nobody needed to be home so only me. He told me that the shed had not been ready to load on time hence lateness. He was worried as he was on his own and it’s a multiple man job!! I called just before 6pm to check eta. It was already dark. He said traffic had been problematic and he’d prefer to deliver the next morning. He said he’d need help to unload as it was 16foot long materials and he could not do it alone. When he arrived he also could not get his lorry in my drive. I had to call a building firm known to me who sent two people to help to unload manually. One hour later the building firm sent an additional two people. Tiger Sheds man stood on the back of his lorry and handed the parts. This delivery has cost me 4x 2 hours of building work. It was also materially delayed. I fed back to Tiger Sheds who seemingly did not care and declined to compensate. Thank goodness Ive got professionals in to build it.

To be fare the shed I bought is very good and it was easy to erect with two people. How it arrived was well packaged and not damaged but it was three weeks late, so if you want a good shed but dont mind it being delivered late then carry on. The customer service once I reported the shed was late was average, you can tell the people on the other end of the phone were reading from a well rehearsed script. My shed purchase was £1699 so you can imagine I was worried when it didn't arrive. The quality of the materials used in the shed are good be be warned the wood will be wet because I believe your choice of shed is made to order. Time will tell if the shed stands up to our winters and possibly hot summers in the future.
