I had problems with the extra large Kenwood mixer I bought at Currys Sydenham. There was an issue with the mixer. The electrical weighing function would not work, this in turn stopped the mixer working. I contacted both Kenwood and Currys. I was advised that I would need to return the mixer to the store I bought it from. That was the only support available to me, it had been delivered and there was no assistance in returning it. I had to get a friend to assist me in returning it.

Very good quality products and accessories, quick delivery after the order was completed. Great experience.

Purchased a KMix food mixer on 21st March from Amazon for a few hunderd pounds and tried to register for extended Guarantee 8 days later and their site does not recognise a simple 7 digit serial number. Tried several more times and still unable too. If they cannot recognise their own products they I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone.

the nicest customer service, every single person has been so lovely. Just dealing with a blender that ive had for over 15 years still going strong but some parts need replacing and I think it might be a bit outdated but everyone has been really helpful. Never normally write reviews but i was impressed!

My new Kenwood replaced my 71 year old Sunbeam Mixmaster. It has completely met my expectations. It is solidly built, so I expect to hand it on to my next generation, as the old one came to me.

Just dont waste your money 6months old dishwasher and support will not help as sold by currys and currys saying its a kenwood issue.

Speedy delivery; excellent appliance.

No problems with the product ( which was a replacement for my old one that lasted 19 years !!)
But the delivery service was not good , having been informed the mixer had been delivered into a secured porch ( i dont have a porch) it was left next to my recycling bin , even though my son was in the house thankfully he recovered it before it was stolen/taken / or thrown away.

Lovely colour toaster and kettle. Delivered promptly. Good quality and look really smart. Very pleased.

I bought a stand mixer. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. It has been twelve days. I got in touch with them via email and they replied over two days later but only answered one of my questions. The most important question, where my product is, wasn't answered so I emailed them again.

It has now been over three working days and they haven't got back to me. I just called them and it took 15 minutes to get through and then the person just hung up straight away when I got through. Really annoying and frustrating experience.

The fast delivery was great.
I’ve cream maker is fantastic and made great creamy ice cream.

Well to be honest if you want a kitchen mixer you don’t get better than a kenwood..I did a lot of research and kenwood kept coming up and I decided to go with it and I am a happy bread maker and cake baker,I am very very happy with my wonderful mixer

No problems, item delivered quickly, as described. So far works well, but time will tell! If it lasts as long as my last Kenwood mixer, 20+ years, I will be happy.
