Claims (29)
1. Способ соединения поверхностей двух или более элементов друг с другом, причем указанный способ включает
обеспечение двух или более элементов,
нанесение адгезива на одну или более подлежащих соединению поверхностей до, в процессе или после приведения подлежащих соединению поверхностей в контакт друг с другом,
отверждение адгезива, причем адгезив содержит по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид.
2. Способ по п. 1, причем по меньшей мере один из двух или более элементов представляет собой строительный элемент для структурных или неструктурных компонентов конструкции здания и/или интерьера здания.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, причем по меньшей мере один из двух или более элементов представляет собой изоляционный элемент для изоляции здания, например элемент с термическим сопротивлением 0,25 м2⋅К/Вт или более или термопроводностью при 10°С 0,060 Вт/(м⋅K) или менее.
4. Способ по п. 3, причем указанный по меньшей мере один изоляционный элемент представляет собой элемент из минеральной ваты.
5. Способ по п. 4, причем элемент из минеральной ваты скреплен связующим веществом минеральной ваты, соответствующим адгезиву.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, причем ни один из элементов не является элементом из минеральной ваты.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере один из элементов выбран из группы, состоящей из флиса, например стекловолоконного флиса, строительной конструкции, например стены, потолка, крыши, деревянного изделия, такого как древесно-волокнистая плита.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем этап отверждения выполняют при температурах от 5 до 95°С, например от 10 до 80°С, например от 20 до 60°С, например от 40 до 50°C.
9. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем этап отверждения включает процесс сушки, включающий продувку воздуха или газа над элементами или через них и/или повышение температуры.
10. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем этап отверждения, который может осуществляться вместе с этапом сушки или без него, может осуществляться на участке строительства здания, причем элементы входят в конструкцию здания.
11. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором этап отверждения осуществляют при температуре окружающей среды.
12. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из желатина, пектина, крахмала, альгината, агар-агара, каррагинана, геллановой камеди, гуаровой камеди, гуммиарабика, камеди бобов рожкового дерева, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, арабиноксилана, целлюлозы, курдлана, β-глюкана.
13. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид представляет собой полиэлектролитный гидроколлоид.
14. Способ по п. 13, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из желатина, пектина, альгината, каррагинана, гуммиарабика, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза.
15. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив содержит по меньшей мере два гидроколлоида, причем один гидроколлоид представляет собой желатин, а по меньшей мере один другой гидроколлоид выбран из группы, состоящей из пектина, крахмала, альгината, агар-агара, каррагинана, геллановой камеди, гуаровой камеди, гуммиарабика, камеди бобов рожкового дерева, ксантановой камеди, производных целлюлозы, таких как карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, арабиноксилана, целлюлозы, курдлана, β-глюкана.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 12-15, причем желатин присутствует в адгезиве в количестве 10-95 мас. %, например 20-80 мас. %, например 30-70 мас. %, например 40-60 мас. %, от массы гидроколлоидов.
17. Способ по любому из п. 15 или 16, причем один гидроколлоид и по меньшей мере другой гидроколлоид имеют комплементарные заряды.
18. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив не является термореактивным адгезивом.
19. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив не содержит поли(мет)акриловой кислоты, соли поли(мет)акриловой кислоты или сложного эфира поли(мет)акриловой кислоты.
20. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем по меньшей мере один гидроколлоид представляет собой биополимер или модифицированный биополимер.
21. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив содержит белки животного происхождения, включая коллаген, желатин и гидролизованный желатин, и адгезив дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одно фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение, например танин, выбранный из одного или более компонентов группы, состоящей из дубильной кислоты, конденсированных танинов (проантоцианидинов), гидролизуемых танинов, галлотанинов, эллагитанинов, сложных танинов и/или танина, полученного из одного или более из дуба, каштана, сумаха оленерогого и теллимы крупноцветковой.
22. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив содержит белки животного происхождения, включая коллаген, желатин и гидролизованный желатин, и при этом адгезив дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один фермент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из трансглутаминазы (ЕС 2.3.2.13), протеиндисульфидизомеразы (ЕС 5.3.4.1), тиолоксидазы (ЕС 1.8.3.2), полифенолоксидазы (ЕС 1.14.18.1), в частности катехолоксидазы, тирозиноксидазы и фенолоксидазы, лизилоксидазы (ЕС 1.4.3.13) и пероксидазы (ЕС 1.11.1.7).
23. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив не содержит формальдегида.
24. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем адгезив по существу состоит из: по меньшей мере одного гидроколлоида; необязательно по меньшей мере одного масла; необязательно по меньшей мере одного регулятора рН; необязательно по меньшей мере одного поперечносшивающего агента; необязательно по меньшей мере одного средства против зарастания; необязательно по меньшей мере одного средства против набухания; воды.
25. Продукт для структурных или неструктурных компонентов конструкции здания и/или интерьера здания, полученный путем выполнения способа по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем продукт представляет собой ламинированный продукт, содержащий два или более связанных друг с другом элементов.
26. Изоляционный продукт для изоляции зданий, полученный путем выполнения способа по любому из пп. 1-24, причем продукт обеспечивает термическое сопротивление 0,25 м2⋅K/Вт или более или теплопроводность при 10°С 0,060 Вт/(м⋅K) или менее.
