Claims (30)
1. Не содержащая формальдегида композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон, содержащая:
- по меньшей мере одно фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение,
- по меньшей мере один белок.
2. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере одно фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение содержит фенол-содержащее соединение, такое как простые фенольные соединения, такие как гидроксибензойные кислоты, такие как гидроксибензойные альдегиды, такие как гидроксиацетофеноны, такие как гидроксифенилуксусные кислоты, такие как коричные кислоты, такие как сложные эфиры коричных кислот, такие как коричные альдегиды, такие как циннамиловые спирты, такие как кумарины, такие как изокумарины, такие как хромоны, такие как флавоноиды, такие как халконы, такие как дигидрохалконы, такие как ауроны, такие как флаваноны, такие как флаванонолы, такие как флаваны, такие как лейкоантоцианидины, такие как флаван-3-олы, такие как флавоны, такие как антоцианидины, такие как дезоксиантоцианидины, такие как антоцианины, такие как бифлавонилы, такие как бензофеноны, такие как ксантоны, такие как стилбены, такие как бензохиноны, такие как нафтахиноны, такие как антрахиноны, такие как бетацианины, такие как полифенолы и/или полигидроксифенолы, такие как лигнаны, неолигнаны (димеры или олигомеры от связывания монолигнолов, таких как п-кумариловый спирт, конифериловый спирт и синапиловый спирт), такие как лигнины (синтезированные преимущественно из монолигноловых предшественников п-кумарилового спирта, кониферилового спирта и синапилового спирта), такие как танины, такие как конденсированные танины (проантоцианидины), такие как гидролизуемые танины, такие как галлотанины, такие как эллагитанины, такие как сложные танины, такие как дубильная кислота, такие как флобабены, и/или хинон-содержащее соединение, такое как бензохиноны, такое как нафтахиноны, такое как антрахиноны, такое как лаусон.
3. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по п. 2, в которой танин выбран из одного или более компонентов группы, состоящей из дубильной кислоты, конденсированных танинов (проантоцианидинов), гидролизуемых танинов, галлотанинов, эллагитанинов, сложных танинов и/или танина, полученного из одного или более из дуба, каштана, сумаха оленерогого и теллимы крупноцветковой.
4. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой фенол- и/или хинон-содержащее соединение содержит одну или более синтетических или полусинтетических молекул, которые содержат фенолы, полифенолы, хиноны, такие как белки, пептиды, пептоиды или арилопептоиды, модифицированные фенол- и/или хинон-содержащими боковыми цепями, такие как дендримеры с фенол- и/или хинон-содержащими боковыми цепями.
5. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один белок выбран из группы, состоящей из белков животного происхождения, включающих коллаген, желатин, гидролизованный желатин и белок из молока (казеин, сыворотка), яиц; белков растительного происхождения, включающих белки из бобовых, злаковых, цельных злаков, орехов, семян и фруктов, таких как белок из гречихи, овса, ржи, проса, маиса (кукурузы), риса, пшеницы, булгура, сорго, амаранта, киноа, соевых бобов (соевый белок), чечевицы, фасоли, белой фасоли, маша, нута, коровьего гороха, лимской фасоли, голубиного гороха, люпиновых бобов, квадратного гороха, миндаля, бразильского ореха, кешью, пекана, грецкого ореха, семени хлопчатника, тыквенного семени, конопляного семени, кунжутного семени и семени подсолнечника; белково-полифенольных комплексов, таких как белок гладких мышц двустворчатых моллюсков.
6. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по п. 5, в которой коллаген или желатин происходит из одного или более источников из группы, состоящей из видов млекопитающих и птиц, таких как корова, свинья, лошадь, домашняя птица, и/или из чешуи, кожи рыб.
7. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из пп. 2–6, в которой содержание танина составляет 1–70 мас.%, например от 2 до 60 мас.%, например от 3 до 50 мас.%, например от 4 до 40 мас.%, например от 5 до 35 мас.%, от сухой массы белка.
8. Композиция связующего вещества по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой массовое соотношение (лизин + цистеин) в белке к (фенол + хинон) в фенол- и/или хинон-содержащем соединении составляет от 1 : 5,78 до 1 : 0,08, например от 1 : 2,89 до 1 : 0,09, например от 1 : 1,93 до 1 : 0,12, например от 1 : 1,45 до 1 : 0,15, например от 1 : 1,16 до 1 : 0,17.
9. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из предшествующих пунктов, которая дополнительно содержит добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из окислителя, такого как тирозиназа, иона металла, такого как ион железа, регулятора pH, предпочтительно в форме основания, например органического основания, например амина или его соли, неорганических оснований, например гидроксида металла, например KOH или NaOH, аммиака или его соли.
10. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из предшествующих пунктов, которая имеет pH более 7, например более 8, например более 9.
11. Композиция связующего вещества для минеральных волокон по любому из предшествующих пунктов, которая содержит по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из сшивающих агентов, содержащих аминогруппы и/или тиоловые группы.
12. Продукт из минеральной ваты, содержащий минеральные волокна, скрепленные связующим веществом, полученным в результате отверждения композиции связующего вещества по любому из пп. 1–11.
13. Продукт из минеральной ваты по п. 12, в котором плотность продукта из минеральной ваты находится в диапазоне 10–1200 кг/м3, например 30–800 кг/м3, например 40–600 кг/м3, например 50–250 кг/м3, например 60–200 кг/м3.
14. Продукт из минеральной ваты по любому из пп. 12 или 13, в котором потери при прокаливании (LOI) находятся в диапазоне 0,1–25,0 мас.%, например 0,3–18,0%, например 0,5–12,0%, например 0,7–8,0%.
15. Способ получения продукта из минеральной ваты, который включает этапы введения минеральных волокон в контакт с композицией связующего вещества по любому из пп. 1–11 и отверждения связующего вещества.
16. Способ получения продукта из минеральной ваты по п. 15, включающий следующие этапы:
- получение расплава сырьевых материалов,
- формирование волокон из расплава с помощью формирующего волокна аппарата с получением минеральных волокон,
- обеспечение минеральных волокон в форме собранного полотна,
- смешивание композиции связующего вещества с минеральными волокнами до, в процессе или после получения собранного полотна с обеспечением смеси минеральных волокон и композиции связующего вещества,
- отверждение смеси минеральных волокон и композиции связующего вещества.
17. Способ получения продукта из минеральной ваты по п. 16, в котором смешивание связующего вещества с минеральными волокнами проводят после обеспечения собранного полотна, используя следующие этапы:
- воздействие на собранное полотно из минеральных волокон с помощью процесса распутывания,
- подвешивание минеральных волокон в первичном потоке воздуха,
- смешивание связующего вещества с минеральными волокнами до, в процессе или после процесса распутывания с получением смеси минеральных волокон и связующего вещества.
18. Способ получения продукта из минеральной ваты по пп. 15–17, в котором отверждение выполняют при температурах от 5 до 95°C, например от 10 до 60°C, например от 20 до 40°C.
19. Способ получения продукта из минеральной ваты по пп. 15–18, в котором процесс отверждения включает процесс сушки, в частности путем продувки воздуха или газа над продуктом из минеральной ваты или путем повышения температуры.
20. Применение композиции связующего вещества по любому из пп. 1–11 для производства продукта из минеральной ваты.
