Fantastic customer service

I needed a referral adding when I joined and sent an email query. Habiba contacted me within a couple of days and had already sorted it out for me before she got in touch. If this is an example of how you operate I can't wait for the switch to take place!

I emailed straight away after signing up as a new customer regarding being referred,I was emailed the next day it had all been sorted out and was given all the information about it, the person who referred me also received an email.

I had tried to rejoin Octopus on line a few weeks ago but was unable to. I spoke with Tony outside Asda in Bromborough and he immediately went on line and was able to get me back with Octopus. He was extremely helpful polite and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I hope if I need to contact Octopus in the future all your staff are the same as Tony.

I made a mistake either my meter reading and sent an email to advise them. Less than 24 hours later my bill was adjusted to correct amount. Octopus has been very helpful and their support team is amazing.
