Every month I get all the information I need to know what is involved in my bill. When I need to renew contract I get a lot of information and choices ( they also let you know about other companies). I have never had a problem with EON

Making the change has been effortless, everything has been taken care of for me, I’ve had to do very little and am now on a very good fixed tariff for 2 years so don’t have to worry about it until 2028. Very highly recommended, thank you

I am with the E.ON for a while now and luckily I hadn’t have any problem. Easy to send the meter readings and when need to I give them a call , they are always very polite and willing to help.

Sent an email re a recent bill and all sorted next day. Very polite email sent in return by the handler. Very good.

My switch from my old energy supplier to E.ON went very smoothly.

I think the company have explained the new tarrif clearly which has made me aware of how to be as economical as possible. However it is probably difficult to change preparing an evening meal after 7pm when it is more economical. We are trying to be as careful as possible.

Last year there was a problem with the smart meter and they did everything in their power not to attend my home to fix.Took them 6 months and utterly unhelpful the whole way blaming everyone apart from themselves.Just pray you don't have a problem

Would only use EON very helpful and cheap when charging an electric car
