There was no messing around straight forward and easy to understand
Helpful advisor who gave the best & relevant information available at the time of the call
The agent who helped me was named Sinesipho, she was really nice and helpful, I suffer with severe anxiety especially over the phone, she made me feel relaxed and able to talk, she offered me help and advice without making me feel bad and she was able to help me through a situation that I found very difficult and stressful, it’s agents like her that made me feel like a valued customer and make me glad to be a Scottish power customer
Made a request for a refund through my app, not a great with IT however found this process, as a senior customer, straight forward and easy.
I like Scottish power, good customer service, seem to help with problems OK on phone or on line
Great service and great customer service. From the staff over the phone to the laid out step by step explanations on the app. Brilliant much better than british gas!
Very bad customer service and they take money from your account when they see you have saved enough money in your account and bring unexplained bills. They took almost 500 pounds for gas and electricity for August only when the heating was not on and the kids are on holiday, after contacting them they said I used it i explained to them and asked them to send an engineer they refused and I never got my money back.
Received notification that electricity account had been closed - news to me. Someone somewhere had pressed a wrong key.
However when I phoned to find out what had happened it was corrected straight away, closed account was reinstated.
I think you should send your customers a card which we can use it to buy the energy instead of sending us letter.
The person l spoke to was most helpful but l cannot say the same for the company that install the smart meters. I have had at least four men attempting to allow your base to read my meter but l still have to WhatsApp my readings. I have had three ‘no shows’ when an appointment has been arranged. At present my gas meter doesn’t show any numbers.
It was weekend and key would not work in my electric meter but phoned and a lovely lady helped me told me what to do and everything was sorted
I don’t think we were actually in at the time of the visit. My wife may have spoken to him via the ring doorbell, but I believe he was able to do whatever was required as our meter is outside near the front door.
Giving me accurate meter readings and informing me if I need to change monthly direct debit.
