We ordered our furniture with an indication of six week delivery. In the event, it was delivered in mid July (ordered in April)
The first delivery was said to be lost in transit(per your system) When the suite arrived, the van driver had 2 delivery note for us and 2 identical suites on the van

On the basis of the erection of scaffolding and the instal itself, I would rate Contact Solar with a 5.
However I did have difficulties in contacting the company regarding the failure to turn up by their previously selected scaffolder. The replacement team were excellent.
The staff who attended were courteous and efficient.

We have been a customer for 23 years and rarely have had any problems. In that time one machine has come and gone while our other two work very well.
We are a little concerned about the ever increasing cost per capsule. Even using the occasional discount offers, the price feels high.
We would suggest variable rates by customer and linked to capsules purchased per year. It would be a fair way of rewarding (and keeping) your Ambassadors.

I have been in email correspondence with Carrie at EDF for 3 months as we have tried to sort out problems caused previously by British Gas and others with postcode and meter registration errors. Carrie has been very helpful at all stages and hopefully after the 24/01 when EDF are supposed to take over the gas supply at our next house, we will not have any further issues.
