Didn't really need the companies help at all. Contacted owners as small problem which was resolved by them. Be careful of add on costs when you book like fee's and breakage insurance.

power cut and then TV didn't work for the rest of our stay. The TV is very limited, installing a smart one would at least allow us to use iplayer etc. It had not been cleaned under the sofas but all the bedding was really fresh. This is a remote cottage for group stays so bring plenty of supplies. There is a co op open in hawkshead most of the time which is two miles away.

Holiday Cottages are excellent from start to finish, taking any worries out of the experience of booking accommodation. There is clear information from booking right up to the day of the holiday, along with reminders when the balance is due 8 weeks before. We were provided with clear instructions regarding how to get there, who to contact etc.
We have used Holiday Cottages before and would use them again.

Poor overall cleanliness, noisy by the road, noisy water system, scalding hot water, parking a bit awkard especially if traffic is busy.

Holiday Cottages Maintenence Team have not picked up the many disappointing issues with this cottage. Not good service for an expensive booking. We feel that the owner and clients are being let down.

The cottage was immaculate, well equipped and in a fantastic location. It was within a 5 minutes walk to the local dog friendly pub which served good food and had a couple of circular walks from the door.
The lounge and bedrooms were very comfortable; the kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery and the bedrooms were a good size.
The downstairs bedroom had an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower suitable for someone with mobility problems but note at the moment there are no handrails.
There was a welcome bottle of wine, milk and biscuits.
Communication before the holiday was good - giving clear directions and instructions for access to the property.
The location to local beaches and other places along the Broads was excellent.
There was a little local shop with a limited stock of essentials but large supermarkets were within easy reach.

See my previous comments- I have also reported and sent pictures showing the conditions and would request we are compensated for our spoilt holiday

Lovely spacious ground floor flat in the Gower with stunning sea views, two minutes from the beach.

A true little gem .clean and tidy .well placed for any visits .beautiful surroundings

Perfect location, Beautiful views, clean, well equipped.
2 minute stroll to porthminster & 5 minute walk to st ives harbour.
The secure garage under the property was a bonus.
Ensuite in the main bedroom so no sharing bathrooms with smelly teenagers 🤢.
Outside seating area with gorgeous views over to carbis bay & beyond.
I would love to return but unfortunately the dates im able to go are already taken 😭.
