power cut and then TV didn't work for the rest of our stay. The TV is very limited, installing a smart one would at least allow us to use iplayer etc. It had not been cleaned under the sofas but all the bedding was really fresh. This is a remote cottage for group stays so bring plenty of supplies. There is a co op open in hawkshead most of the time which is two miles away.

Bought this steamer to clean ingrained dirt in a kitchen tiled floor along with the grouting. I had tried specialist cleaners before with limited success. However, this steamer has done the trick. The floor and grout has come up like new. I am quite honestly surprised how effective it is. I understand other comments about the water tank size but I only had to refill once for my large kitchen floor. (I have a five bed). I could also understand the trigger pressure comments but I just rested for a few seconds after each min of use and I was fine. The mop held the dirt remarkably well, I only used two for a deep clean.

Great support and setup. Teut is a magician when it comes to bike suspension.

Hippo waste does not tell you when they are going to pick up. Even a 24h notice would be useful in order to move cars etc out of the way.

Loft boarding is excellent. The team left no mess afterwards, indeed our landing and loft space was meticulous. I would have given five stars except for one thing; the ladder, when deployed is very tight against the wall radiators which makes it difficult to climb. We could have discussed this at the planning stage to see if other options were available.

Ed took us through a full range of scrambling and climbing techniques. Including different roping, belay and anchor techniques. Ed was full of information and I always felt safe. He continued to check my safety whilst correcting me (I sometimes got things wrong - sorry ed). At the end of the day we did a little abseiling. What a fantastic day. I will be dining out on my experience of this day for a long time.

I received an email from plumbnation stating my order had been completed and a delivery made. This isnt true. I haven't received anything. I replied to the email but have not had any response.

I have had three arranged delivery dates where my order failed to turn up on all three occasions. I still do not have my order. The email I received stated two persons were needed to unload the van. That's two persons waiting around for no reason for over 16 hours: a complete waste of time.

Update: I have received my order and as a goodwill gesture Envirobuild have given me £150. They seemed genuinely upset that this had occurred.
