Desperately slow customer service call answering with no call-back option (and ghastly music on hold). Once connected tech support were good but sales were over-keen to up-sell the service on offer.

Having presumably read the review above EE sent a response (see below) saying how sorry they were that I was disappointed in my experience and asking me to call them so that they could better understand what had gone wrong.
The number they gave me to call took me back to the very same hideously slow customer service line that I was complaining about in the first place. Not wanting to waste another hour-plus of my life I hung up but as evidence of exactly what I was complaining about this could scarcely be bettered.

We bought two 3kw wall mounted electric radiators and associated internet connected thermostats. The staff were very helpful in offering advice, answering technical questions and finalising the exact specification. After sales support was also very good. We are also very happy with the design and quality of the products supplied. I would happily use this company again.

We have bought a few different flavours of the pate and use it both as treats for training and as part of full meals mixed with kibble. Our dog (who is not very food oriented) seems to like it quite a lot. Service and delivery are good.

Staff are friendly, seats are relatively comfortable with more legroom than most competitors, baggage policy is leniently enforced, punctuality seems to be good in our experience.

Delivery was as scheduled and the company was helpful in meeting my request about timing.
The delivery was to an address that is quite hard to find at the moment because you have to ignore two signs saying the road is closed. I texted in advance explaining this and giving detailed instructions but the driver didn't seem to have read this and had to ring several times for further instructions. This is why I have given four stars rather than five but overall the service was good.

Quick and efficient response when I contacted them with excellent advice on how to deal with the garden pests I was struggling with. Solution seems to be working so far. I strongly recommend this company.

Very helpful phone discussion to help me decide which of three possible alternatives would best suit my needs. In the end, sampled all three to me and sent the samples very promptly. Responded quickly to my order, though slightly let down by their courier, DPD, who though normally my favourite on this occasion failed to deliver on two promised dates. However, this is not the supplier's fault.

I ordered a book and received a message saying the order was being processed but when I received no further information and no book after several days I followed up only to be told that the order had been lost by one of their suppliers. They then reinstated it and supplied a high quality replacement very quickly but the initial losing of the order and the fact that I had to chase rather than them noticing and contacting me means it's only a perhaps generous three stars.

I compared prices for the same cars from the same hire companies across four sites and Carjet was significantly the cheapest. The website worked smoothly apart from some difficulty entering all the digits of my card expiry date. Overall a good experience so far

This is the third computer I have bought from Novatech. They have a very helpful sales department who spend as long as you want discussing and explaining options with you and offer advice that seems to be tailored to your needs rather than their sales objectives.
Once I placed my order it was supplied promptly and efficiently and the one query I had to raise with customer service was also quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
Though I have only had the new equipment for a week so far it seems very satisfactory and certainly both the previous machines I bought from them have performed very well over many years.

Helpful phone advice from the sales team before placing an online order for a relatively unusual bulb which was promptly shipped (delivery by Royal Mail a bit slow) at a good price.

I initially chose this pharmacy on price but was then very favourably impressed by the care and thoroughness with which they followed up and talked me through both concerns that I needed to take into account and alternative options that I might want to consider. Overall a very well deserved 5 stars from me and I will certainly use them preferentially in future.
