Good communication from delivery guys! And put it were I asked with no problem

Only delivered half my order were very rude and disrespectful to me in my own home threatening and forcing me to sign for the whole order when only half was delivered wouldn't give me time to check with the retailer about the missing items resulting in a very nasty experience which no one yet alone a lady on her own should feel threatened and uncomfortable in her own home by 2 men its not acceptable

Well it arrived, driver is ignorant, he didn’t get out to help his no3 with the heavy item. No id say it was a fairly poor service

The guys delivered a riser recliner chair and had to install it in a room where my mother is currently in bed recovering from a broken hip. They took great care of to cause the minimum disturbance and install the chair quickly. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Absolute rubbish couriers,driver phoned me saying that he would be at my address at 0830,told him that I wouldn’t be there but my neighbour would and he would sign for it,the driver agreed and asked where I would like it left,I told him in the garden in front of the 4x4,he agreed,20 minutes later some Indian women phoned and said that they will not deliver the item as I was not there,they will not accept my neighbours signature as it is there policy to deliver to the buyer only AND the item has to be delivered INSIDE my property,what a load of rubbish,I have CCTV and a gate that they would have to pass through to access my property.Consequently after waiting for a week I never received my fridge.Avoid Furdeco at all costs….
