Good quality plants
Good quality plants arrived relatively quickly and in good condition. Lost a star simply because the courier messaged to say ‘oops there has been a delay’ and the tracking certainly suggests the package should have been picked up the day before. That doesn’t detract from the quality of the product, though the plants did need watered immediately they were delivered.

A glitch with the ordering system
My card payment was accepted and the website informed me that my order had been approved, but I didn’t receive the confirmatory email until a couple of days later. I was still getting emails saying there were items in my basket after the order had been delivered. The response to my enquiry didn’t explain what had gone wrong.

Slow delivery considering the postage costs isn't cheap. Box was damaged on arrival. It wasn't plants I ordered so thankfully the items weren't damaged. But has made me think again about ordering plants from this company.

A quick review
A quick review - Excellent company to buy from - always has been. Seeds delivered within days from the order. If they could make my garden bigger I could order more seeds.
Their seeds are supplied in reasonable size / quantities so there is minimal waste. Packets have full information printed in a readable font size on a plain white paper. Easy to read even with worn out eyesight. Yes, 5*
