I needed new covers for my furniture and received good advice. My new covers look great

This is our second parasol. It's well made, attractive easy to operate.

Easy to order, fast delivery and delighted with new furniture covers. The covers are a different fabric from last time with stronger cords to wrap round furniture legs and reinforced areas.

Fast service, a good product at a fair price.

We ordered our furniture with an indication of six week delivery. In the event, it was delivered in mid July (ordered in April)
The first delivery was said to be lost in transit(per your system) When the suite arrived, the van driver had 2 delivery note for us and 2 identical suites on the van

I have been very happy with the cushions I bought. My reason for the lower grade star rating is due to the delivery. Having given strict instructions to leave the package at our front door, I was very disappointed to see the package left by our gates!! I don’t think the delivery service did their work correctly.

The product was lost by the postal services but customer services sorted out the problem and we received a replacement.
Does the job perfectly.

The furniture is lovely and good quality. However, when we ordered it the pictures showed the set as the same as we currently have it didn’t state left or right and didn’t explain that there was more than one option. When it arrived the pictures on the box showed the second option and so did the instructions so we decided to go with. It wasn’t until we got to the end of the instructions that it showed we could do either option so we had wasted a considerable amount of time. This should be at the beginning to explain it could be put together either way. Also the chair hadn’t been machined properly and wouldn’t go together properly some of the brackets were poorly aligned so all together it took hours to assemble . Considering the cost I would have expected this to have been assembled and not self assembly.

Bramblecrest were very efficient and helpful with our order, arriving at the given time. Assembling the parasol took a little longer than expected, but we are so pleased with the results, it looks fabulous and offers the shade we need.

We are more than happy with our Bramblecrest furniture, so to look after it you need covers to protect from weather conditions, we needed to order a new cover for our double swing chair , no issues what so ever , phoned up , put order in , received cover much quicker than told , so happy days 🥳
