Pleasant and helpful

We went to Hertfordshire branch to touch and feel the furniture before we ordered it. The staff were just brilliant on the day and the showrooms are really nice. We ended up spending a lot more as we were able to visualise and feel the product.
The quality is great and everything explained to us matched on delivery. Highly recommended!!

Because I actually spoke to a person and he was extremely helpful. Made the process very “user friendly”!

I purchased a Nova Pergola, including installation, but the entire process was deeply disorganized. First, I was upsold accessories that proved to be incompatible with the product. Next, the company failed to process the installation order for several weeks, leaving the product boxes exposed to the weather on my driveway. When installers finally arrived, essential parts were missing. Resolving these overlapping issues required weeks of constant phone calls and emails. At one point, customer service even demanded that I prove I had paid for installation, despite it being clearly listed on the receipt they had issued. To conclude a very poor experience, the company offered a goodwill gesture but ultimately failed to honour it. Based on this unreliable service and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this company.

Omg I’ve just received my order of a huge nutcracker I have searched for years for this after seeing him on social media American accounts and never thought they would come to the uk but here he is in all his glory in absolutely obsessed with him thankyou SO much for making my day! 100% recommend

Despite a long wait time for the furniture, Jack and Elliott went above and beyond in their attention to detail and helpfulness in the delivery and assembly of our units. Very friendly, patient and informative all round.

We ordered a Shadow pergola, Leah furniture set and Leah loungers from WhiteStores, and overall we’ve been really happy with the whole experience.

Joe in the Milton Keynes store was really helpful at the time and gave us confidence to go ahead with the order. The furniture itself was very easy to put together, feels really nice quality, and looks great.

Delivery was quick - actually quicker than expected in the end, which was a nice bonus.

During the process I also called WhiteStores customer service a couple of times with questions around the pergola install, and they were always helpful. Afterwards, Finlay and Matthew in customer care were also really helpful with a couple of further questions I had.

The only small thing I’d mention is that the installation guide supplied with the Shadow pergola wasn’t the clearest, and some of the measurements could have been more accurate, which made the install harder than it probably needed to be. That said, I think this is more to do with the pergola manufacturer than WhiteStores themselves. In fairness to WhiteStores, when I called them about it, they were able to help, had the answers I needed, and said it had already been raised before and they were trying to rectify it.

Overall, really pleased with the products and service. Would definitely recommend WhiteStores.

Great showroom in Cambridge. We loved it so we could try and see what we were buying. Great prices and great after care. Very accommodating with the delivery as we were renovating our garden and didnt want delivery until it was done.
Highly recommend!

I purchased covers for my garden seats not knowing what to expect and I am not disappointed A1 service and A1 delivery I have now ordered table cover and storage box cover + parasol cover yet found a faulty zip on this.
Reported the fault on a Saturday and expecting a reply on Monday how wrong was I within the hour I had a reply and a replacement is on its way.

All great and on time

Having purchased from you before we came back to buy an umbrella and a pair of sun loungers
The table with the sun loungers is solid but we were surprised when we opened the box to see a marbled white pattern as if a child had been at it with a pen set.
To date after many e mails and an in person call into the Surrey store we still have not received a answer as to why the description on the box and on your site has no mention of the table finish. Have e mailed customer service and asked to take our complaint higher
