Lovely friendly people who had I depth knowledge about the products they were selling. Our visit to the showroom was personalised to our request and our order was delivered quickly and without any problems.

We recently visited harbour lifestyle show room and the staff were incredibly helpful and helped us pick our dream dining set and pergola. We asked if we could have delivered in 5 days time due to a family bbq and they made it happen for us. Amazing products so many people have complimented them. Kieran and Nathan who put up our pergola were brilliant. Callum and Alex I believe his name was was amazing in the show room. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Fast delivery... Easy to understand build instructions. When built the quality of the pergola was excellent. Very pleased with my purchase and how it looks within my garden. I would highly recommend.

From delivery to sorting a problem we had first class very prompt service. Very pleased with the pergola. Took a little longer to put up than I expected, partly due to having an engineering husband who is a perfectionist.

From the time we went to the showroom to investigate the pergolas, we met with professionalism and excellent customer service. The pricing was very fair, and generally less than at other places we looked. We were given excellent advice about the necessities for bolting the pergola to a patio, and the impossibility of attaching it to decking. We were always kept updated on the situation with our purchase.
I was able to order the pergola of my choice and ask for it to be held for me for over a month before delivery, which was extremely helpful. The only slight hiccough was that I had to have delivery before the end of the stated delivery window as I was going out that evening, and, although I was given an earlier expected delivery time, no-one was able to guarantee that. However, in the event the pergola arrived bang on the promised time and all went very well; the delivery people were as kind and efficient as the rest of the service.
The pergola was erected yesterday, and so far seems to be of really great quality - we're very happy customers.

An excellent company providing exceptional customer service. The cover we bought for our L shaped outdoor sofa was sadly just a little too short, so we had to return it sadly. My request was dealt with efficiently and quickly and they arranged collection of the parcel with DX Express and they were exceptional too. My refund has been processed. We are delighted with everything. Highly recommend this company.

We bought a Parasol and cover , it’s very Well made and easy to use.

Ordered a parasol that never arrived. They told me the courier lost it but they were very nonchalant about it. Granted I did get a refund pretty quick however the time it took chasing this up to only be told I would not be receiving my item annoyed and inconvenienced me. First time ordering from them, I will not, based on this experience, be ordering from them again.

The quality of the garden furniture is excellent, although there was a delay on the delivery which im guessing was down to the issues in the Middle East

Arrived on time. Everything was labeled and we used the item check list to make sure we had all the bits. Relatively easy to put up and looks great. Not fastened to floor as it is sturdy enough to stand up to the wind. Would definitely recommend. We were going for a canvas cover but this is so much better.

The Pergola arrived very quickly and we live in Scotland. The quality was great and the structure very sturdy.
My husband and I built it together, I thought it would end in a divorce but surprisingly it wasn't that bad . We had a few small issues but they were sorted very quickly.
It now is a lovely addition to the garden ready for our hot tub coming.

It was a preorder of about a month, it was then delayed a week or 2 prior to delivery date for an additional 2 months and delivered mid August, past a majority of the summer months. It arrived with a damaged add on a replacement was eventually sent 2 weeks later. The side tables were misaligned and after a month they ask if I want a partial refund instead of them being replaced. Still yet to have a complete, functioning BBQ that matches as is satisfactory 5 months post order. Would not use this company again. The only positive is the BBQ is a nice colour and I was able to pay monthly instead of in bulk.

Easy to arrange purchase, swift delivery. Not had a chance to put it up yet - decking alterations needed - but requests for advice have been swiftly delivered too, so hopefully no pitfalls when we get round to the build.

Have ordered twice from Harbour Lifeystyle and have had some issues with damaged furniture on arrival. However the customer service I’ve received to rectify this has been excellent, replacing products quickly and offering compensation for our issues.
