Installer fitted it the way we originally wanted it, which was brilliant had 3 other companies saying it wasn't possible, so over the moon with this and they turned up when they said and all fitted been waiting since August for this should of went with pod point first time highly recommended this company.

Terrible waited 3 months for installation . Customer service never answered poor and not helpful . Installation contracted out to third party each blame each other . Unit still not working and parties arguing . Would never recommend very disappointed

Excellent communication and efficient installation.

The guy that installed the charging unit.was really polite, helpful and professional. We discussed options of where the charger could be located and also helped get the app set up. The installation was done without any issues and completed to a good standard.

Had to re register my home charger got through to customer service and Troy got me up and running very help all sorted with in minutes.

It was a 8-12 slot . The guy turned up at 10 amand stayed till 2pm which I wasn’t happy about plus let so much mess behind

Poor communication. Ask a question - no reply. was it AI? It certainly felt like it.
The installer (elec-side) were brilliant.
They had to chase Pod for me.
I asked simple questions all met with no answer.
Would not recommend.

She was very polite, patient and full of knowledge.

I had a very good experience with the client service team. Marvin was extremely helpful, understood the problem and solved it within minutes. Very polite and courteous, I didn't have to explain the problem more than once nor have impossible security questions to answer. I was very pleased. Marvin was a pleasure to talk to!

You really went that extra mile for me, and made sure everything was OK, making sure I fully understood what the problem was with my APP, which you kindly checked and then confirmed, you could see, I was still trying to use the old APP.
