The fit at the top is tight and then loose at bottom, plus material does not feel as good quality as previous Boden purchases

Garment arrived in perfect condition , beautifully packed. Quality is excellent. Alas on this occasion the cut and shape didnt suit me

Really disappointed in the quality of the cashmere. Have had cashmere jumpers before from Boden and have always been delighted. However this jumper was much thinner and itchy so had to send back.Such a shame.

Love this dress, it’s the perfect dress shape for me, if a little expensive, I wouldn’t consider purchasing it without the 20% discount but it is a lovely design.
Would love to have it in denim please.
Arrived promptly which is always good.

Delivery was particularly swift. Dresses are always very well made. The sizes are generous so recommendation would be to generally go down one size. Although prices feel steep at times, the quality of the make and fabric explains the cost. The price reductions in the sales always make browsing worthwhile!

The dress was absolutely lovely, well made, beautiful colour, I was so sad that it didn't suit me.

Boden have been my Go To brand for 15 years. The design, quality and fit is still first class, with colour combos and style that always receive admiring comments. Outfits last for years and my favourite coat I splashed out on 8 years ago for a special New York trip, got rave reviews from New Yorkers; I still wear it on occasion and get great comments!
Service is excellent, delivery is quick and the returns system is made so easy for the customer, who they obviously value.

Good quality clothes and prompt delivery. I was a bit surprised to receive order twice and found returns tricky but representative on phone was very helpful.
