Initially, Yarbo support was TERRIBLE! I had to email the CEO to get the proper response to my initial questions. Once I was able to get the right amount of attention, all my issues were resolved. Eve... See more

Could be amazing but is not
Constantly release updates with bugs. On my 4th core in a year. 2nd mower pro. Trimmer was delivered defective. Customer service went downhill and they pay for lots of ads but continue to fail existing Customers. When it works its great but for the price point it needs extensive work
Extremely Disappointed With Yarbo
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience as a Yarbo customer. I invested nearly $8,000 expecting a premium product backed by premium support. Instead, I've experienced ongoing GPS failures, battery overheating errors, connectivity issues, and little to no meaningful response despite 50+ emails, multiple support tickets, and voicemails. I still hope someone from Yarbo will step in and help resolve this.
Does my lawn and snowblows my driveway - yarbo is part of the family
Yarbo is definitely a bleeding edge product and not without some flaws. It does also have a learning curve and a need for understanding technology, but it does work well - I've put it to the test both with a complex lawn and with big snow storms and it did really well. It also always seems to be constantly improving and Yarbo is constantly taking community feedback into account.
Do not buy this mower
Do not buy this mower! I’ve had it for a year now. It mows at best at graded level of D. Customers service is overseas and difficult to get any satisfaction from their circular answers. If you are watching this mower the ratings continue to decline. They have a long way to go for a good experience.
No proper Support. So much work to setup. Pain to Map.
I bought a Yarbo with Mower Pro and Snow Blower. I had to submit a ticket the first day as Yarbo connected to the data center but didn't work (No GPS Signal). After 2 weeks of Back and forth on 5/27 they fixed it online and said it was a technical issue on their side!
Mapping is very hard especially if you have a hard-to-reach big yard. (A simple google map would have helped but no you have to manually walk around the yard and remove every obstacle from the edge of perimeter to map it) -Doesn't make sense for the amount of money spent!
No proper user Manual available online. Yarbo site recommends you buy stuff and then you will realize that most of them were already in the package you bought.
After 23 days my Snow blower hasn't arrived yet and in the website shows everything was delivered. To my surprise Chat with rep didn't work and they said look out for an email which probably will arrive in 2~5 days!
Another issue that I had which is mostly on my end but still doesn't make sense is that Yarbo tries to go and recharge on the charging station but then for some reason instead of backing to the charging station it actually goes forward and puts the mower pro module on the charging station. (Huge Bug!)
So:
1. No Tech support! Very Slow! Very frustrating
2. No proper Manual on how to properly use the app and setup Area map (Advanced setup for mowing options and details of each mode and obstacle detection option for example.), and too much work creating map.
3. No detail about what is in the box, so you might order extra stuff.
4. Yarbo Core is good. and this might work on a yard with small number of obstacles. For a complex yard it will just start avoiding obstacles and reroutes and then simply stops completely or goes back to charge. which if it is very frustrated parks the mower pro on the charging station instead of Yarbo Core!!!
I really wanted to love the Yarbo…
I really wanted to love the Yarbo system because the concept is amazing — robotic lawn care and snow blowing in one platform sounds like the future. Unfortunately, the actual ownership experience has been incredibly frustrating.
The biggest issue has been customer support. Responses are either extremely delayed or nonexistent. When you’re dealing with expensive equipment that isn’t working properly, waiting days or weeks for meaningful help is unacceptable. It honestly feels like once they have your money, support becomes an afterthought.
The battery performance has also been disappointing. Runtime is inconsistent, charging takes longer than expected, and in colder weather the snow blower setup drains fast. For a product marketed around automation and convenience, constantly worrying about battery levels defeats the purpose.
Then there’s the app — easily one of the weakest parts of the experience. The software feels unfinished and unreliable. Features are buggy, connections randomly fail, mapping can be inconsistent, and updates sometimes seem to create new problems instead of fixing old ones. You end up spending more time troubleshooting than actually using the machine.
For the premium price Yarbo charges, I expected polished hardware, dependable software, and responsive support. Instead, it feels like an expensive beta test with customers acting as unpaid QA testers.
After their placating response on trustpilot, their service continues to refuses to communicate nor honor their warranty. My unit will not even turn on and their refusal to honor their warranty is resulting in me filing complaints wit hthe BBB and Attorney General.

Don't buy it-Doesn't Work
Don't buy it! It hasn't worked on our 1 acre lot since we bought it! Support Team keeps dragging their feet, send new modules, new units and parts, and over 9 (Nine) Months now, still doesn't work. It is garbage. THEY NEED TO JUST REFUND OUR MONEY NOW!!!! Never worked since Day 1.

Don't give them your email!
Upfront I have not purchased a unit. I've considered it and made the mistake of giving them my email. A week later and multiple unsubscibe attempts I still get 6+ emails a day. So I've blocked them. Unfortunately they must auto sign you up on multiple marketing streams from different addresses since my email is unable to block all of them and I keep getting them. The constant spam stream has turned me off even considering their product. Its partly on me for ever giving them my email in the first place but sheesh this is ridiculous.

hit and miss
I’ve been using Yarbo on my rural property for a few months now, and when it works, it’s like magic. But there’s a catch: it requires a lot of babysitting. The battery is a bit of a bottleneck; it takes hours to charge and often gets 'stuck' at a certain percentage, meaning I have to manually send it back out at 50% just to get the job done. The real headache, though, is the navigation. It always tries to take the shortest route home, which usually means slamming straight into a snow wall on my curvy driveway. Once it’s stuck, it drains its battery trying to escape, leaving me to trek out and rescue a heavy, dead robot in the middle of a storm.
Purchased Yarbo snowblower package in…
Purchased Yarbo snowblower package in December2025 hesitantly and it has beyond a doubt proven itself in a central New Hampshire winter setting ! Had a couple of hiccups during initial setup and the support team got me right through them promptly. This machine sits in a semi remote setting on its own and performs regularly and flawlessly so far. I cannot and won't speak for others but my results have saved me countless hours of snow removal. I will say it is working an 1800 square foot paved driveway basically a horseshoe shape .I have taken control of it manually also from over 70 miles away again it did what was wanted. There is a learning curve no doubt but patience will pay off. Although only one and three quarter month owner I`m sold and can't say enough. I hesitated and hesitated for months to make a decision ,read and watched numerous videos and finally decided. Glad I did !
There is absolutely nothing this setup that is worthy of praise.
There is absolutely nothing this product did correctly the first time. And it continues to fail. Many performance issues have been blamed on software, and we get updates almost biweekly. They may or may not help. Why weren't these fixed before release? Both mowing and snow blowing performance is poor when you eventually get it to work as they say it should. It is mediocre at best. Many parts have failed and continue to fail even after owning for 1.5 years. Many of the marketing promises are just fake. Not going to happen.

If it works, great. But tech support is in India...enough said
When it works, it's amazing!
But the customer support is so shockingly incompetent I'm right now considering running a chargeback just to get someone's attention.
1st - Customer support is in India. It's impossible to get someone from the US to help you. Everything is in India. That should say half of the problem.
2nd - My Yarbo ignored the boundaries I set. It fell off my deck 10 feet. Customer support ignored everything I told them about it. To their credit, they sent me a new unit. That was good.
3rd - My Yarbo fell off the deck AGAIN, this time from a different problem (it drove itself over the dock...wtf!). Customer support ignored everything I said and told me "your unit is functioning properly, we've checked everything out." WRONG.
4th - My yarbo consistently says "no GPS signal" and just won't run. But their diagnostics say it has great GPS signal and is completely fine. It can see 24 GPS satellites! But it still won't run because it has "Weak GPS Signal". When I send screenshots of everything (it won't run + all the satellites it sees) Yarbo support (in India of course) tells me "we've checked on everything remotely and your yarbo is just fine. Just run it again and don't worry sir, we'll take care of you." IT WON'T RUN.
This has gone on for 2 months now. Yarbo has outsourced everything to India. They don't care about what's actually happening. They're not interested. Despite my Yarbo not running, they tell me it's fine it's fine it's fine.
5th - they asked for a screenshot of the GPS (RTK) diagnostics so they could see all the satellites. It sees 40! satellites. My Yarbo still won't run and they respond and say "We can assure you your yarbo is fine."
Oh really??? it's fine? Then why won't it run?
$5000 of amazing engineering and zero ability to solve a problem.

I had a ton of beginner questions when setting up the Data Center. The support agent stayed with me step-by-step, even waited while I repositioned the DC outside for better RTK signal. They never rushed me. That patience goes a long way.
Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money. If you have a problem, they'll make an appt for you to speak with customer service...at 2am your time. They'll email you to tell you how they're working on your case, then they'll tell you they can't help you. I have a pile of this crap for sale if anyone is dumber than me and wants to buy it.

No response
Unfortunately, they do not respond to emails. What a shame! This is absolutely unprofessional behavior!
I sent the e mail again to your support , my mail address ends with gmx.de

Long rocky start but improving.
The company had what I thought was a solid design and great features. Unfortunately a lot of the features never worked as advertised. I was able to get it to work reasonably well with the lack of promised features which saves this rating. I don’t feel this was built for long term due to many failures and loss of functionality. I have had to have multiple components replace. The service team has been a bit of a joke but generally in the end they do the right thing and fix and or replace the bad components. The shipping team at one point was atrocious they have somewhat improved over time. In a nutshell the company seems to be trying to do right and improve but have still not completely won my trust back. I have no choice but to stick with them because it’s too late to turn back now.

My yard has never been this well maintained
My yard has never been this well maintained. I dreaded mowing the lawn. Especially in the heat of summer. I would delay and procrastinate as long as I could before forcing myself to go and mow the lawn. It would usually be so long that it would take a couple of passes to get it cut down and would leave clumps on the lawn killing the grass underneath. Yarbo has completely changed this for me. My lawn is maintained twice a week now instead of once every two to four weeks. It is an awesome feeling to come home every evening to a well manicured lawn with beautiful stripes.
In the winter, it converts to a snow blower and blows the snow off my driveway, patio, sidewalks, and even clears a spot in the yard for the dogs to use to bathroom. The leaf blower module is amazingly powerful and follow me mode is such an awesome feature with that module or with the smart assist for towing a garden cart to help with chores in the yard.
The company has been phenomenal to work with. Any issues I've had were addressed quickly and were only minor software bugs. I've had my Yarbo for a year and it's been a great year of worry free yard care. My zero turn hasn't run all year except a few times I've run it to keep it maintained and working. I didn't even have to put the snow plow on the tractor. Truly a versatile machine and I look forward to more modules being released in the future. The trimmer is going to be awesome.
Yarbo has freed up our 3-4 hours mowing per week
I purchased my Yarbo to take on the mowing maintenance work of my property, about 1.6 acres of grass in total. I have wide open skies and both GPS and HaLOW work like a charm. The mowing experience has been mixed. Yarbo is excellent for Kentucky blue grass sod. It's not so great at longer field grass (fescue/rye/buffalo mix) mostly due to the the mower design. I've had some minor hiccups with Yarbo getting stuck due to "obstructions" which aren't real and I have to prod it along. So there are ups and downs but I haven't touched a mower all summer so it's taken all the work off of the family, freeing up time for hobbies, sports, etc., which was our goal. I'd say Yarbo takes more frequent maintenance (weekly greasing, monthly blade changes, cleaning out grass, etc) than a traditional mower but it's less work each visit, if that makes sense.
The only riding mower replacement
No robot mower is perfect but the Yarbo is the most powerful and fully featured yard robot hands down. Only 2 mowers on the market can mulch leaves and small sticks. Only Yarbo serves as a near fully capable riding mower replacement. Snow, leaves, pulling yard tools like sprayers, spreaders and carts. It has some minor GPS issues to resolve but new software updates have greatly improved those issues.
This has hands down been an awful…
This has hands down been an awful experience.
Let’s start with events then we can talk about customer service.
I purchased a Yarbo and activated it on 8/1, after days of troubleshooting it was determined I received a bad unit. On 9/13 I got a replacement after 4 units had been shipped and pulled back or sent to wrong addresses. It worked. Only the original mower module (not the pro) wouldn’t work well for my yard. So I asked about an exchange. No dice, it had been over 30 days. Yet it hadn’t. It had been 2 weeks with a functional mower. Didn’t matter. They will not accept a swap nor a trade in.
Ok, after a horrible start, screw it, I’m stuck with it… let’s get the pro module and give it a go. I also need a plow. After explaining my side to Yarbo, I’m given a 200$ discount code and told to go ahead and buy the promodule. Mind you this is mid October, and I live in a snow state. I had told Yarbo I was looking at a plow as well. I put the plow and the pro module into my cart, go to check out… error, this code isn’t a working code or has already been used. I email Yarbo; they tell me the code is only for the mower attachment… right but I need both, so I have to do two orders?
Now I spend the 2600$ on the pro attachment, 5 days later I get an email stating they are out of stock and it will take 30+ days to get. So I will have it in December. There was no mention of this at all at time of purchase.
Their customer service team needs to be gutted. They need to have people there who actually understand a complaint, and not have a language barrier.
I have 60+ emails from them, 3 different email chains and they have no internal communication. This has been an awful experience and if I had to go back and pick a mower company, it sure as hell would not be Yarbo.
