When Navimow designed the x430 they were more focused on building a tank than a mower. The cut quality on my x430 is terrible. Specs say it has a 17” cut width, however, mine has two 8.5” blades that cut at different heights which leaves me with strips of grass at two different heights all across the yard. In addition, the net RTK loses connection almost daily and the mower just wonders off outside the boundaries and even into the keep out zones. I’ve been in touch with support but they offered no help.

I’ve been using myX450 and H3000 for about a month and a half. I’m impressed with both of them. I had a minor connection issue with one but I corrected it by switching from nRTK to local RTK. I really like them. Also, getting help from Navimow has been great too. They are very responsive.

This is the first time we bought it, I think the company is doing whatever they did their best, but there are more room for more improvement as technology getting more and more advanced as looking China they are really ahead in their time and this mower is also made in China. People are very good in tech as compared to Indians who boasts and self praising and jealous of Chinese mind. Keep up the good work and I trust Chinese people and nice people who made this machine. Thank you!

This mower does what I bought it for, mows bulk of yard, saves me hours each week especially now in height of summer. That drives my 5 star rating,

What I would like is: 1) to have the mower not traverse the freshly cut yard on way to charge or get missed section and mow across the directional cut of the day 2) Avoid missed sections in Zones 3) have the border/boundary cut back to 2 circuits 4) boundary cut reverse direction each time to avoid grass laying down in wheel tracks.

I called the company prior to a purchase to ask questions as this was going to be my first robot mower. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently and I was given a link to watch you tube videos about the equipment. When the equipment arrived, I was no longer hesitant to set up and start mowing. Best decision I've made lately.

The customer service team was able to answer all of my pre-purchase questions, and their response time was fast. I asked for clarity on a few things, and they followed through with answers.

Great item. Difficult to set up initially due to no instructions but once set up the mower is amazing. Simple to schedule and clean.

So far the commercial team has been totally unresponsive and the third unit I’ve ordered has failed to get to me even through significant escalation

This product for exceeded my expectations. From ease of set up to ease of use, I can’t think of any way to make it better.

Mower works great for my healthy Kentucky Blue Grass. Handles my three zones well and does a great job mowing to the boundary and edges.

Learning how to use at this point. Would like to understand how to select zones to mow in an order.

It mows my 1.34 acre lawn dependably. It's nice to have a robot mower that just works without the drama of some of the other brands. It doesn't get lost or loses it's navigation signal under the trees. It's easy to clean and the app is a breeze.

It was very easy to place the order and, at the time, Navimow was offering an exceptional discount package that included free shipping.

Overall, a great machine - it was a birthday present from my daughter and her family. Therefore, it was unexpected and required a learning curve, partially based on trial and error.
One area I can’t program is approximately 40 x 12 feet - not an ideal area for the machine to maneuver.

The navigation system needs tweaking. Logic says it should make simpler turns. I am under the distinct impression that the program was written by someone who knows very little about actual mowing.
A thought: modify the mapping system (make it “blind” for initial mapping) so that it FOLLOWS the mapper, rather than vis versa.

I have an X450 and it really works very well. I’ve only had a few issues with positioning problems, but they were fairly easy to overcome and I would still buy this mower over any mower that I’ve seen advertised. I do not miss getting out in the heat and mowing manually.

What the company does best is provide excellent after-sale customer service. The CS Team is always responsive and engaged and it wouldn't have been as good an experience as it's been without that support. I still have a couple issues, but they aren't significant enough to change my opinion of this tool. It's a tool I won't be without again.

Software has bugs and missing features cut quality is poor and misses areas. I returned the mower.

From setup to daily runs, everything has been flawless so far. About a month or so in, totally satisfied with how this mower operates.

My Navimow i2 LiDAR worked exactly as advertised and how I had hoped it would perform. This Lidar based unit is extremely autonomous and definitely manages to cut 1,500 sq. M. on one charge unless due to weather the grass is very long, and then Moe (my unit’s name) automatically goes back to recharge then finishes the job later, day or night. It navigates its way to three different lawns along the programmed channels from front yard to back yard and boulevard. I highly recommend this model which I have owned and operated for only one month and confident it will continue to work efficiently for future years.You must trim along the uncut boundaries, but that is short work and while Moe cuts the grass I can do other work, rather than having to sit on a higher maintenance riding mower. Keep up the good work.
