3 years ago I have purchased Landxcape LX790. I have tried to installed this unit and run but after few tries eventually I got upset and its landed in garage. Now I have come back to this machine as still was in my garage like ne in box and what happen as in the first time when I gave up the charger in base is not charging battery.
Presently I have set up again this unit and I am trying to investigate on my own as I kept this machine in garage as new in the box for to long. The issue I have I belive you are great company but from my story side I don't have now recites when I purchased as I have lost it.
Can I get assistance from you??? Is any one can help?
I bought new battery as I thought that this in the issue as I have measured the outlet of transformer and I found nearly 24V. Now I went deeply to a charger but in base where machine is docking I don't have any outcome (I have pressed link switch - switch when unit is docking just to let you know that I am on right truck) but still nothing comes from the charger. Is any thing else you will suggest to my issue?
Just to let you now - have tried to get n contact with your representative n Poland but after 2 weeks of mailing just got tired as its go to nowhere.

I am a really big fun of WORX units, read my review

I am a really big fun of WORX units. I have bought like 15 different units and there was no problem with buying any of them. Most of the tools are used on the house renovation. So far, I have had about 3 faulty units (small issues)usually from heavy usage. They did not repair them, they just replaced to a new kit in the box!! I think you get a good peace of the tool for the reasonable price,

Item DOA - Very slow to replace

Item DOA, over a week to get a return arranged and they wont sent out a replacement until they've recieved original back at their depo.

God knows how long they'll take to do that.

Very slow Customer Services response and no effort to make up for inconvience caused, by arranging a replacement quickly.

The Landroid WR155E has been a big…

The Landroid WR155E has been a big disappointment. The robot gets stuck or out of boundary 3-4 times per day on average. This is the fourth summer it runs and it will be the last, i'm sick and tired of it. I have tried everything to fix it. Chicken net in slopes, spiked wheels, filling holes in the yard to make it level, etc. Software updates hasn't fixed the issues. Sometimes it's not even stuck, just sits somewhere random and thinks it's stuck. This morning it managed to run almost two hours and is out of boundary now. Do not buy!

A good company with good products.

I have to say that I don't understand such a low average rating for this company. I bought a robot lawnmower (Landroid 143E) from Worx 5 years ago, and during all this time it always worked very well. It takes a lot of work off my hands while before I had to go up and down the lawn with a tractor at least once a week. Today the robot does it for me, and it only takes one day out of three, with almost identical results. I also bought a second charging base (without the robot) for a second circuit in a smaller and more distant area of the lawn where the same robot works as well one day out of three. The battery lasts a long time and in any case I bought another one that I keep charged thanks to a chainsaw (and a hedge trimmer, both from Worx and also very functional), which use and recharge the same batteries. In short, fully satisfied. Of course, all robot lawnmowers have some limitations when compared to a tractor, for example if the terrain is uneven or the grass has been left to grow too much; but these are marginal problems compared to the service provided (after all, even tractors have their drawbacks). I would add that there is a toll-free number where it is possible and easy to ask for technical assistance in case of need. In short, I am personally very satisfied with their products.

One WORX tool that doesn't live up to claims I'm afraid

I'm generally a big fan of WORX tools and have many that are great- but the lawn trimmer WG163E is pretty useless. Difficult to get the tool at right angle to cut as wanted and the line feed repeatedly fails. Buy one of the others, the gimmicks on this are unreliable. Unfortunately, reviews tend to lump all WORX reviews together and not item by item-so easily missed.

Landroid Vision M

Model Landroid Vision M:
1. A robot that is meant to avoid obstacles drives into obstacles -> Worx says that is no fault !
2. A robot driving on sight and planning its working times based on online information drives during sunset and fails -> Worx says that is no fault!
3. A robot that can be programmed to drive at specific daytimes drives way beyond the programmed times -> Worx says that is no fault!
4. A robot that is supposed to stay within the boundaries defined by a magnetic band which has been delivered with the robot drives over the band and gets stuck on the other side -> Worx says that is no fault!
20.000kr for a mower on wheels to anywhere it wants to go. That is all reliable functionality for that price! And also all the service you will get from support!

Disastrous customer service, France.

I have many Worx tools, including two Landroid lawnmowers. The tools are OK and the mowers also work after a lot of adjustment.
However one of the robot mower base stations have gone wrong rendering the mower unusable.
5 year warranty is worthless as the Worx support is completely useless. It has been months now and absolutely no help. If they reply, they want proof of purchase, pictures, videos and log files and after sending these (now three times) they do nothing.
No contact, no solution. Nothing.
Worx are the worst company I have ever come across with customer service or support.
DO NOT buy anything from this company, unfortunately I did.

Worx Landroid M500

This is the worst product that I have ever seen. I am British and have a Danish girlfriend and fitted her new Landroid M500 mower after reading and re-reading the instructions. I fitted it 100% according to the installation booklet.

Within 2 minutes of running it for the first time after charging it, it had cut the perimeter wire. I run a design practice in the UK and so from a professional point of view, surely the number 1 design principle for this piece of kit should be that the cutting blades never get within 100mm - 120mm of the wire!!!! This thing goes over them every F***ING time!!!

It took something like 3 weeks before it did a full cut and returned to the charging station without having to repair the wire, or retrieve it from outside the wire, or it had run out of battery before it got home, ETC ETC.

The review that my girlfriend bought this piece of s**t on, was apparently sponsored by Worx and was entitled "Best in Test". Do me a favour Worx and change the title to "You might as well buy a pair of scissors to cut your lawn, because this machine in S**T!!!!!"

The wr130e(ok) vs wr165e(Rubbish)

The wr130e vs wr165e, wr130e is a useful value for money machine, liked it.
So for my mother upgraded to the wr165e , larger more expensive but assumed a better machine, BIG mistake, the larger machine is underpowered, cuts poorly, cant manage anything but flat smooth lawn , poor battery life , cant negotiate corners, struggles to turn , its rubbish. If you use zones the BIZZAR way it runs between zones on the cable means you need a very wide access between zones. It does nothing well or even above marginally acceptable, If it had come from a shop i would return it, will not buy another worx product.
Gave 2 stars as the 130e3 is ok , but the 165 gets zero, dont buy it and bodes badly for other models up the range. If you want a cheap grass cut helper the 130e is ok.

A year on, no better, 04/08/25 and while a working system is an ever present minor pleasure, this becomes and ever present large annoyance.

Lack of information/communication

Almost 3 weeks I have tried to get some info from the Swedish Company that is also Worx service organisation for Denmark.
I urgently need a part for the base station. This part prevents me from using my Worx Landroid.
The service from Worx is non existing, and I recommended every body reading this to buy another manufacture with a service organisation i DK

Bad experience and service

This is the last time im using this brand. I have spend for over 2000€ from Them and when you need them theirs no support. They aren’t even reading their mails.

Tried call them and all phone lines busy!

Wrote them that there is no power at my tower meaning, no light (red nor green) received a mail that said check your boundary wire? No power means no power.

After inspection with voltmeter I found out that the power brick works and the fault is in the tower.

Opening the tower. I saw ants got trough the big hole in the bottom, where the power cable comes trough. They made a colony which could have been prevented with a silicone / rubber tap. “Nice engineering”

Well I clean my robot regularly also bought a garage/housing. I remove it in the winter period, but this I could not anticipate.

This was something that could have been prevented.

Well bought it 06.2022 but seems no help from worx.

I will buy other brands from now on.

Thanks worx for nothing!

Everybody out here open your tower and put a silicone/rubber part between to prevent insects/ants get trough.

Update:

Solved. They sent me a new tower and power cable, free of charge. But stated it’s not under warranty if ants get up in the tower. I have now made some modifications and closed up the all holes in the tower. I used electrically isolation tape on all openings from the inside.

I bought a worx hydroshot jet wash I thought it may be handy and save me getting my karcher out for small jet washing areas , after paying £120 for it there is more power in my garden hose pipe that this , its says on the box its great for washing my car but found it to be useless waste of money think I will stick to a corded pressure washer even a cheap Chinese model would be better that this.

New customer never to return

Purchased a lawn trimmer & a drill neither of which I can register, no response from email or contact form, I read the reviews and thought OK but now wish I had never bothered. It's so complicated to even register a purchase I nearly fell asleep scanning the SKU list they provided. And Just hoping I might get some sort of reply eventually.

Customer support shamefull nightmare

Tried to get support for my landroid which broke down in the end of april. Sent the first request gor support through the official site and support request form on the 6th of may. Now, almost 2 months later still not a single answer on my request. Despite having sent already 4-5 follow up mails and new requests. This support is truly shamefull. Please don’t buy any product from them, think twice. Device is still under full warranty, seems like maybe I’ll get an answer when the warranty expires first…

Half baked Vision lawnmower that WON'T "cut to hedge"

Purchased one of their "vision" lawnmowers, intrigued by the technology and the great description on their website, only to discover that Worx was dishonest about the features and the info provided to consumers and resellers. The robot's software is half baked and the robot would not cut close to the edge, even though it featured their "cut to edge" logos in the box, website description and everywhere else.
In the somewhat hidden FAQ they say that "their engineers are working on that".
Total disappointment and a real scam. Don't ask your customers to pay full money for your under developed product.
Get your act together.

Returned to the reseller and got a full refund.
