Plants arrived late. Some were wilted. We planted all 20 plants day of arrival. 2 survived. So I submitted a request for refund or replacement and they wanted pictures. I sent before and after pictures. Then they asked for before after pictures with the order number when I said basically all of the plants died. I am done with this company and want to warn everyone. Go to BiMart if you are in the Pacific NW.

Easy to order! Really appreciate that aspect.

By the way, "postal code" is not a common term in the U.S. "Zip code" is what we say.

The quality of the plants are amazing and the packaging for delivery is just as good as the plants. This company has far exceeded my expectations and I think they are on the top tier of pricing BUT you get what you pay for and what I got was well worth the money. You get the same quality plant as you would from a high end local nursery except it comes right to your door. The customer service was exceptional. Fed ex lost my order and when I contacted them to let them know, they were amazing at shipping out a replacement immediately. I highly recommend this company. Fyi I am a plant contasoir and love odd plants and expect quality. So this says a lot alone.

Most recently, FedEx delivered my tree upside down in the middle of a rainstorm and left it at my garage instead of my covered porch. The box was completely soaked, falling apart, and my tree arrived broken.

I reached out to Plant Addicts simply looking for advice on how to save the tree because I planned to file a claim with FedEx myself. Instead, they immediately stepped in, gave me detailed instructions to help save my tree, sent me a replacement, and even handled the FedEx claim for me.
I was genuinely blown away by how they handled everything—although I probably shouldn't have been, because every experience I've had with them has been just as wonderful.

Easy checkout, and beautiful plant. I bought this same plant about one month ago, and am happy to receive this one to keep the other one happy!

I wanted to purchase one plant and the sign-in process was excruciating. Trying to reset a password was convoluted at best. Not sure why you need this super security for purchasing plants. If your system for receiving payment is encrypted, what else is needed. Buying plants shouldn't be a root canal!

Ordering was easy! Free shipping and a 1 year warranty is incredible from an online plant store! Excited to receive our groundbreaker hydrangeas!

This was my first time to order plants on line. My mom, 94, really wanted a Blue Chiffon Rose of Sharon, but none were to be found anywhere near here. I found Plan Addicts on line and was impressed with their site, their information, and what seemed like a real commitment to quality. I was not disappointed. The plants arrived three weeks ago and are thriving. Just this morning my mom asked me to come down to her room she had something to show me. Her Rose of Sharon was already blooming and she was so excited. Made my day.

The plants shipped quickly and were in great condition.

I was able to find specific cultivars that were not available or already sold out from my local nursery. The price point was comparable and it arrived right to my front door (with the soil still moist!). Overall, really impressed with this site and service. Hopefully everything is still alive a year from now :)
