My parcel was delivered on time by a very helpful pleasant man

If I could give them a minus I would absolutely shocking company. Driver delivered a parcel to me ( a mistake it happens) wrong postcode wrong address to mine. I've been over a week trying to get them to pick it up had contact with 3 different people the latest today all say can you give me email and tracking number...NO I CAN'T IT'S NOT MINE.i have given them my address to pick it up and just as well bang my head against a brick wall .If it was close by I would of even delivered it for them but no idea where it is .Im trying to get the parcel to the right person but they just aren't interested .Shocking company
This is terrible!
This is terrible!
For the second time now, they didn’t even attempt to ring the doorbell—even though we were home!
They left my valuable packages literally out on the street, and in the rain, too! One of the packages had been opened, and the items inside were broken.
This is unacceptable!
Avoid this company!
Barefaced lies
For the second day running I have wasted time staying in and hanging on the phone to speak to someone the other side of the World. The driver had the bare faced cheek to say he had tried to deliver and left a card.
Will be claiming.A process akin to pulling hen's teeth. Arrogant in the extreme.
Completely contrary to detailed but crystal clear instructions the parcel was left on the doorstep, in a public area in torrential rain. The goods are saturated. The doorbell nor the knocker were used. Have contacted the retailer
Two days wasted. 23rd and 24th.
Delivered to wrong address
Claimed to deliver No ring on bell Photo not even of my front door,
Wet day so perhaps driver could not be bothered ?
Saturday. No response or interest from InPost
Still awaitng celivery
Sat PM Item supposedly delivered yesterday put in my back porch today. Was it a courier returning or an unknown neighbour???
Needless to say it was an 80 year old neighbour doing the job a courier was too lazy to do in the first plce
Yodel
Yodel, your delivery drivers are an absolute disgrace!!!
I decided to look at some reviews to see if the appalling service that I have experienced over the last few days was a one off. But it definitely is not a one off!!! Your drivers are, to say the very least, incompetent, LIARS, and should be sacked!!! I will never buy anything from anyone again who uses Yodel!!! If it shows the delivery company AFTER I've made my purchase, and it's Yodel, I would cancel my order without hesitation! They have caused me a lot of stress and cost me a lot of my time trying to get to the bottom of their incompetences. I spoke to the company where I ordered my items from and, after looking in to it, they are filing a complaint against Yodel.
Once again, an absolute disgrace!!!

It seems the driver cannot read the address. Two weeks ago, they sent proof of delivery of someone else's door. I tried to claim from Paypal but they said as it was delivered, they would not pay. Today I received 3 packages delivered to ----Cottage instead of Lodge. Maybe give the driver reading tests.
left outside flat building!!!
I live in a flat and have been expecting a package for about 2 weeks, it was delivered at 10pm and was left wedged into the outside door handle of the MAIN door. No ring of my doorbell buzzer or anything, there’s also a storm right now so it could have been easily blown away or just taken by a random person that happened to walk past my flat! luckily another person who lives in my building saw it before anyone else and gave it to me
NO DELIVERY NO EXPLANATION AI CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was supposed to get a Yodel delivery between 12.24 and 2.24 today. I contacted them thru their webchat at 4 pm when nothing had arrived. The customer service agent just kept typing in AI crap saying to be patient. Said she couldn't give me a time except by 9 pm. We are having a severe storm here by 7.30 pm and Yodel drivers never knock, so the parcel is likely to get drenched. I will not buy from businesses that send parcels with Yodal.

Tried contacting Yodel via their website asking for information regarding a parcel I had dropped off and finding the tracking number provided by the shop was not long enough they never replied. Totally useless. Try using another provider than this shower. I will never use them again. Worse customer service ever.b
Awful service always …
Why do delivery drivers from yodel say that they have tried to deliver a parcel when it is totally untrue , as I have been home all day ! Had another delivery from Royal Mail on exactly the same afternoon. Yodel is the only company this happens with !!!
Due to have a parcel on a Friday came days later
Due to have a parcel on a Friday, never came, no update at all until the Monday when it was "out for delivery" claimed they tried to deliver it but ring doorbell showed no one.
Out for delivery again on the Tuesday, 2 hour window given, it came and went. Several hours later in went out and found a box on the door step, was not suppose to be left without some one receiving it. Terrible
No post by InPost!!🤔
Posted a parcel from Birmingham to caister on sea Great Yarmouth. A Birthday present, 12 days ago still not arrived. Just Being given excuses locker full now it’s been sent back to Norwich, I have been told that it needs someone to collect from Norwich! Yet they don’t have a collection point! I rarely leave negative reviews
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been genuinely poor from start to finish.
A retailer dispatched a custom-made pair of prescription glasses via Yodel/InPost after several weeks of specialist production. Tracking updates initially suggested everything was proceeding normally. I received a delivery window for 29 September and was advised that the parcel was close and due to arrive that evening.
It never arrived.
After several days without any meaningful tracking updates, I contacted Yodel/InPost customer support simply to ask where the parcel was. Rather than receiving information about the parcel's location or why the scheduled delivery had failed, I was asked to provide details such as the packaging dimensions and contents of a parcel I had never actually received.
What followed was an "investigation", generic responses, delays in communication and no meaningful information regarding the parcel's whereabouts.
Eventually, after weeks of uncertainty, the retailer informed me that Yodel/InPost had confirmed the parcel was lost.
The most frustrating aspect is that this was not an off-the-shelf item. These were custom prescription glasses requiring specialist glazing and production time. The retailer has now had to restart the entire process because the parcel was lost within the Yodel/InPost network.
Parcels occasionally go missing. What disappointed me most was the lack of useful communication, the reliance on scripted responses, and the apparent inability to provide basic information about what had happened.
I have nothing but praise for the retailer, who accepted responsibility, kept me informed and arranged a replacement. Unfortunately, my experience with Yodel/InPost gave me very little confidence that anyone actually knew where the parcel was at any stage after it entered their system.
Consumers are often given little or no say in the choice of courier.
Following this experience, I would urge both customers and retailers to think carefully before entrusting valuable, bespoke or time-sensitive items to Yodel/InPost. When a custom-made item requiring weeks of production can simply disappear, the impact extends well beyond the loss of an ordinary parcel.

Worst Delivery Robbers Ever
Bought a radio from Ali Express on 20May this year. Got notification from Yodel that delivery was enroute less than a mile away a couple of weeks later. Never arrived to this day. Yodel/Inpost didn’t want to know and were bloody useless, loads of calls, they just kept passing the book to AliExpress. Ali were great (and I’d buy again if they don’t use Yodel/Inpost) and gave me scanned proof of handover to Yodel/Inpost in UL but yet again Yodel/Inpost just kept fobbing me off. Their delivery person definite had it in his/her/it’s sweaty hands the crooked sod and I hope they get what they bloody well deserve the robbing thief.
Worst company to pickup for delivery
Expected a week will enough to deliver for a birthday present but Yodel unable to handle this request.. birthday ruined and my package still in transit… they manage to deliver to the local hub then rerouted to far up to north Ireland… they give static ai driven explanation and unable to determine where is my parcel.
Incompetent company… -5 star
Impressive 6-year track record of serial incompetence and failure
Not ONCE in six years have this bunch of clowns EVER managed to bring a parcel to the house or leave it in the very clearly signposted safe place. Yes: in SIX YEARS!
Royal Mail deliver here six days a week without fail. Coal wagons get here. Tanker lorries full of heating oil get here. Other couriers (mostly) get here. But Yodel drivers apparently can't manage it. And Yodel customer service clearly don't care.
Here are just SOME of the parcels dumped in the wrong place by Yodel over the past six years:

I predict this review will be followed up by some meaningless assurance from someone at Yodel, who will promise to make sure it never happens again. But it always does. Yodel just don't care about delivering parcels to the address on the label.
The hit or miss postal service
Again another delivery botch up by this company. I even got in touch with them seconds after the delivery confirmation popped up, hoping that they could contact the driver to pick it up and deliver to the proper address. Got fobbed off with the ‘we’ve passed it to the experience team to investigate’. I honestly don’t know why anyone uses this company or even that they’re still on business.
Delivery service is poor. Really poor
Request parcel to be left in safe…
Request parcel to be left in safe place. On arriving home my side gate was wide open on approach clearly broken the handle and lock no message to say sorry or anything absolutely disgusted. Order £30 now going to cost me £100 🤬
