My package arrived damaged. I wanted to make a claim, they have online claim page, which refusing the submission because "they need more information" beyond photos, description, tracking number, all info given at the delivery including all custom-related info???? Then I treid their chat, sending me to this page again. THen I sent a webform (there's no option to make a claim) but the page promised an agent to come back to me in a business day. Do you think it happened??? Then I tried to call them, spoken to the AI, getting into an endless loop between asking about the first two characters of my tracking number and saying sorry about the loss and adivising to call the seller. Ridiculous. I was shouting to the AI and finally got contacted to a live agent, who was probably an indian guy, I didn't even understand his greetings, he didn't understand what I am saying, all very awful and annoying. I hoped that UPS as a market leader shipping company will be able to deliver my parcel from an EU country to the UK, but now I know the name doesn't mean anything. I lost 200+ pounds, thank you UPS!!!!!!

I have to congratulate UPS on achieving something quite remarkable: turning the simple task of delivering a parcel into a week-long episode of Mission Impossible: The Missing Courier.
My carbon forks were shipped and I was advised that delivery would take place on 16 July. I arranged my day accordingly and stayed at home waiting. UPS later informed me that a delivery attempt had been made.
A fascinating claim, considering that:
* Nobody knocked on the door.
* Nobody used the door rapper/knocker.
* No card was left.
* No evidence existed that a driver had been anywhere near my property.
Perhaps UPS has introduced a new stealth delivery service where drivers approach invisibly, avoid all contact with the building, and then magically record a failed delivery attempt.
But that was only the beginning.
Over the next few days, UPS provided further delivery promises, resulting in four separate “delivery attempts”:
16 July – Delivery supposedly attempted. No knock, no card, no driver.
17 July – Another attempted delivery apparently occurred. Once again, my door remained strangely undisturbed.
20 July – Another successful failure. The parcel still managed to avoid reaching me.
22 July – Yet another attempt recorded, proving that UPS can repeatedly fail at the same task with impressive consistency.
After spending considerable time chasing UPS and rearranging my plans, I eventually discovered that my parcel had been incorrectly sent to a UPS Access Point in North London — despite being addressed for delivery to my home.
These were not just any parcel; they were carbon bike forks needed to complete my bike project. Instead of fitting them and enjoying some much-needed time riding, I spent several days competing in UPS’s latest endurance sport: “Track the Parcel That Never Arrives.”
Mistakes happen, but good companies resolve them. Unfortunately, in this case, the customer was left doing the tracking, investigating and explaining the problem while UPS appeared to be conducting an experiment in creative delivery avoidance.
So thank you UPS for the experience. I always wondered what it would be like to have a parcel delivered by a company specialising in everything except delivery.
UPS: United Parcel Service? More like “Unexpected Parcel Shenanigans.”
I sincerely hope future customers have better luck — although they may wish to keep their doors, door rappers, and entire days available just in case.
Wouldn't deliver a pair of trainers without them being signed for twice despite my leaving a note and asking on doorbell for them to be left in than enclosed porch. Ordered same pair again to UPS lockers and the order was accepted for deliver but then told the item isnt eligible for ups lockers. Absolute joke
Found us without fuss ( not easy to find us). Arrived on time and friendly and pleasant driver.
Delivered as stated, polite and friendly driver. I wish all companies were as efficient and caring as UPS.
Kept up to date on parcel during transit . I was able to simply change the delivery date through the app. The delivery person was courteous and respectful.
Great service, kept up to date at all stages. Delivered on time, intact and courier very courteous.
Worst delivery company. Last 3 parcels that were sent using them never got to my house. Apparently they “attempted” delivery and never did as we were home all day. No one actually came to the house. One of the attempted delivery’s were then delivered to a local pick up spot a minute straight after attempting the delivery which is not possible as the local delivery would be 10minute drive. They said it got delivered to one pick up spot on the app and then after calling customer services they told me it was at another pick up delivery point. We used to have issues with yodel and now it looks like these hands down are the worst delivery company in London at the moment. I would highly avoid using their services and if I could give less than 1 star I would. This is outrageous, no care in the world for their job.
Friendly efficient service with smart uniformed driver and iconic UPS van. Makes a change from the usual anonymous white van delivery.
Clear information regarding stages of transit.
Delivered within the time frame specified.
Very reliable service.
Parcel arrived quicker then I expected.
Very very reliable top delivery company must goto for me thanks guys and girls at UPS
Parcel from Canada safely reached Exeter for it to be delivered to the wrong address by UPS. With GPS, Google Maps and Sat Navs, why ?
Their Tracking Comms stated the parcel would need to be signed for which was reasonable given its value. However, it was merely left inside the open front door of the wrong property leaving it open to be stolen. We guessed where it may have been delivered to and successfully retrieved it.
Trying to contact UPS is difficult, their ChatBot/AI Assistant deliberately blocks any attempts to be passed to an agent. Of the four occasions I have had UPS deliver my orders, two were delivered to the wrong address - not a great customer service.
Easy delivery arrived on time and in perfect condition and delivery was also quick
Helpful doing best delivery job deliver in time and notify you. Best
Had to change delivery day..no problem. Pleasant driver.
No indication given of time for rearranged delivery (having been present on original notification), but wasn't a problem, as was delivered early in the day.
I was kept informed throughout by email. The parcel arrived very quickly ( next day ) and was well within the given time slot.
