Awful awful service. They give you a time estimate of “end of day” which is abysmal considering that even cheap services like Amazon or evri give you a time frame so you can plan your day. This means you have to anticipate being home for the entire day until 7pm to receive the package which is ridiculous . It also would not even let me leave the package in a safe place. Will not be using any company that uses UPS in the future . The customer service is a totally useless AI phone agent and it takes a long time to connect to an actual person. Once connected they were unhelpful and could not tell me a single thing about my package when it would arrive or even to leave it in a safe place. AVOID UPS!!!
