My experience at Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia was memorable because I have purchased cars through Furrows for decades, and in the last 16 years, all have been KIA. On every occasion, I have dealt with professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. From new young Sales staff to highly experienced and mature staff. The level of contact provided is at an appropriate level, and no feeling of pressure to sell. The difficulty now for a customer is what choice to make for purchasing, financing, and maintaining new vehicles. This isn't just KIA, for me, the way the Sales manager and executive Matt and Louise have supported me on this purchase has been excellent. A brand is only as good as the people selling it - KIA are very lucky in this dealership. Thank you. Andy

DivisionX is a quality company. After 35 years with them, I couldn't find any complaint about their sales, service, after-sales, and support and pricing structure.

This company is well set up and run. Its products are excellent in quality, design, features, support and price. I have the MAMMOTION Yuma Mini 800. It will cut 1200sqM of lawn, can have 15 different areas mapped, use Satelite, WIFI, SIM and Bluetooth. the app is well designed and updated. Firmware for the device is updated with ease and the ability to change settings, cut features and modify mapped areas makes it a phenomenal asset. I have owned since April 2025, done over 200hrs of cutting without issue.

Would have been helpful and made us more likely to buy if the delivery discount was shown before having to process the order. But was a welcome coupon.

Finding appliances and website is okay. Order ok but not brilliant. Post-delivery accessing customer service is awful.

I have just received the PVC door-window sealant. Took advantage of the offer of 3x7m lengths at an excellent price. Have used it on the windowsill behind the kitchen sink and matches the white UPVC window unit excellently. Also used between the floor and door frames at the front and back of the house. The floor is tiled and the frame is wood. Adhered really well and looked good.

When you want to buy CHESS is right there. They install. But then things fail.

The accounts department consistently fails to get correct billing, systems are inefficient, and inaccurate producing false amounts, in their favour!

The portal system cannot differentiate between credits on an account and the actual amount to pay.
So when you get your invoice and try to pay it online, if the amount isn't the same as their internal system the payment aborts. Many hours were wasted. No, we cannot trust the use of Direct Debit, we have been overcharged!

When you try to phone as asked by operatives to discuss on the 0344 770 6000 line there is no option to actually speak to a 'human' operator!! Everything takes you to an automated process that cannot do what you need. Major frustration.
So CHESSICT - go back to the drawing board, and look at your processes from a customer perspective. Don't just send out 'how good are we' emails. They frustrate and annoy.
SETUP a simple OPTION 5 to talk to an operator - you know in real life!!

So- a plus. The customer service staff save the company's neck every time. KerryAnn, Kayleigh, Lauren, Jacques, Michael. They eventually sort the matter out, but dozens of tickets, emails, calls, and wasted time and effort. This costs the customer an absolute fortune in wasted business time due to the inadequacies of the provider. So thank you, people. Now stop the AI and robots trying to run your business, it is a competitive market out there and you are doing yourself no favours. As a Board of Directors - YOU are failing your staff and customers.

Halfords isn’t a store I go to regularly but have over the last several decades been a customer.
Going into the Telford Bridge Retail store recently during difficult times was pleasantly enjoyable. Why? Because the parking, entrance to store and layout were Covid friendly. Staff were respectful, had PPE, and the one guy who helped me on the shop floor and actually opened a till to help speed my purchase.
So the product I wanted they had. It was easy to find, The assistant wart above and beyond, and i left feeling safe and having had a successful visit.
Most of that was due to the communication and maturity of the assistant. Thank you sir, you gave me faith again.

We moved to ZooPlus some months back when other big brand online stores increased prices beyond acceptance. We don’t mind paying for convenience but not being extorted. ZooPlus is very competitive, gives vouchers and offers to retain customers and parcels are delivered efficiently and quickly. Not had an hiccup yet so thanks to all for an efficient service. The dogs remain content and well supplied.

Awful service. Tracking useless, false information, delayed delivery in fact not even got it. Unable to contact anyone, we chat always too busy and not accepting callers. Avoid.

I have used Timpsons for years to provide all sorts of services, can honestly say always had great service. The latest was their Wellington, Telford store where Glen provided his excellent service turning around the redeeming of two pairs of shoes in 15 minutes to ensur3 I was able to get to my meeting. Let’s support these high street stores they breathe life into our rapidly depleting towns.

I have known this company for many years and never, not once, have I received anything but high level, high quality, extreme knowledge and professionalism. The epitomise what all the leadership and management guru preach about quality customer service, before and after an interaction. If you want an outstanding web presence just call them up.

I needed to get memory for a clients laptop. Searched the internet, chose MrMemory, read details about module I needed - direct and simple and not confusing. Placed order - , easy, understandable and not complex. Next morning delivered incredibly well packaged, clear instructions and worked brilliantly. less than 24hr from need to fitted.

I ordered the part not knowing really what I was doing, but the advice on the site seemed to indicate that even I could fit it. Received it within a couple of days, bearing in mind the weekend was inbetween. It was very well packaged and within a short time I had fitted the new screen.
