Ordered full kitchen package worth over 3 000. Almost all appliances came with problems. Most of them had been used, lack spare parts, original cables had been cut, plugs connected, etc. Dealing with customer services is a nightmare, every new response is from a new team member who asks the same questions as the predecessor.

Please take massive precautions when using this company. I chose to ignore the reviews claiming their customer service wasn’t great. Now I wish I hadn’t bothered buying my goods from this company. Paid almost £800 for both fridge and cooker. Lovely items. Unfortunately the company decided to bring the goods days early with less the 24 hours notice meaning I had to take the day off work. When my gas man arrived on the original day the items were meant to get delivered he noticed the cooker was missing a leg and the fixture the leg was suppose to screw into had also been bent. This could only mean it had been damaged upon delivery. I reported the issue straight away to the company and they told me to go ahead and still install the cooker as otherwise I would have to wait x amount of time to get the issue resolved. Fast forward 16 days and I’m still left with a broken cooker and they are refusing to take responsibility. I took out insurance with the company prior this. (Why I don’t know because it’s useless) They are still not taking any responsibility and I’m left with a broken cooker £400 odd cooker. Wish I had just gone to curry’s.

Delivery was very quick and smooth. The actual appliance is as stated on the website and works as it should. Solid product.

Order number is 57330080 it is a fridge master brand so here ya go !I’ve just bought a fridge freezer from appliances direct has I thought well my family said use them well I did buy a 55 inch smart tv of them 4 months ago and must admit couldn’t be happier but I’ve had this fridge freezer now 14 days I payed 269 all together with delivery 🚚 and my ice pops are as soggy and misshaped the frost is way going crazy far to much for a new fridge freezer like this it’s a fridge master brand it’s faulty so I contacted appliances direct saying I want to return it and I’ll pay the difference even to buy a better fridge freezer well they did not like this got a email of them saying sorry to hear about this well contact Hisense company and tell them about it I was so shocked I even reviewed them 5 stars for fast delivery and at first it was oright but after 2 weeks its faulty all my ice lollipops are soggy soft and loads of frost building up I had my last fridge freezer of curry’s 17 ling full callender years and not 1 problem they are not contacting me at all to say we will replace it please keep well away from this scamming company if your appliance brakes to or fridge or ovens or anything what’s electrical they just ignore you and say contact someone else nothing to do with us why we have had your £269 all that money for a fridge freezer what’s faulty and they will no return and I will even pay the extra for a better appliance if they don’t swap this fridge freezer I will leave 1 star reviews all over Facebook tell all 1200 of my friends and family to press the 3 dots amin the top right corner in Facebook and all 1200 of them to share the worst reviews ever and I will keep leaving them in here day after day I won’t stop 🛑 also I will go on my YouTube and do bad reviews on there and share share share the eco out of them so thrill will eventually go to every town in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 so I how they will swap this 14 days old faulty equipment then ie I’ll happily delete this and it stops here and it’s finished or also I will share on my twitter and instagram accounts also which I have thousands of friends and family all over the world 🌎 and the united kingdom 🇬🇧 so Lee is it your name who thanked me for a nice 5 star review I hope we can sort this out before I come to do this pal curry’s would of swapped it and taken the faulty equipment back days ago but not yous 5 days ago I sent yous the email saying it’s faulty soggy ice lollies major frost buildup I mean the fridge even isn’t really that cold 🥶

Great item. Quick dispatch. Not always the cheapest prices so sometimes best to shop around but on this occasion everything was good.

We purchased a fridge / freezer and paid for installation services. The appliance was delivered but the installation team stated that the 149 pound fee did not include fitting into the integrated unit , as the door was hung on the opposite side. The appliance was left in an unusable condition. Appliance direct are now asking for an additional 149 pounds to change the door and fit the unit. Not sure how appliance direct can justify charging 300 pounds for installation.
